This hotel was great value for Money. Very quiet and peaceful! Great location. Very friendly, helpful and polite staff. Great restaurant. Great room facilities and very clean and warm!

I stay away regularly with work but this particular visit to Preston East was met with surly staff, poor food, and poor amenities. Never again at this one!

Lovely staff very friendly and efficient.Bed was lovely ,room was very warm due to weather ,but a fan was in the room which would have been great if we had noticed it 🫣.Our own fault so no complaints

Room cleaning was amazing and so were all the staff members! The breakfast was always freshly prepared and everyone was so welcoming!

The staff here are amazing so helpful even the house keeping offered to help with the luggage everyone spoke English first which I found great my only issue as the Wi-Fi was disconnected on morning we we leaving but you don’t have to vacate your room till 12 we have stayed here 3 times and would recommend to anyone to stay there.

I stayed at the Premier Inn - Preston for one night. I'd had a long car journey and so was delighted to arrive at the hotel. The Receptionist greeted me warmly and quickly checked me in and ensured that I was aware of everything that I needed to be aware of (restaurant/timings etc). The room had a lovely big and comfortable bed and was well cared for. The breakfast was excellent.

Me my husband and two children stayed here after a day at Blackpool zoo. We stayed in room 22 a family room. Our whole experience was brilliant. Check in smooth. Room spotless and had everything we needed. Beds very comfortable. We all slept great. Very quiet. Connecting door at reception to the pub next door. We ate dinner and breakfast there. 10/10 that again was spotless, food and drinks very nice and staff fantastic. We will definitely be recommending and staying again.

Staying in premier inn was always great decision and never let me down. Beds are always very confy. Rooms are really neat and clean and reception staff is lovely as well. Whenever I come to preston to visit my family, I always prefer to stay at this branch.
