VR Atour Hotel (Fuzhou Donghu Town,Changle Airport)

The service at this hotel is absolutely perfect. It was my first time visiting Changle, Fujian, and I ran out of Chinese currency, which made it difficult for me to have meals. Due to language barriers, I couldn't find a place to exchange money. I approached the front desk staff for help, and they were incredibly warm and welcoming. Despite the language barrier, they immediately pulled out their phone translator to communicate with me. They quickly took me to a bank to exchange money and even accompanied me there. They also kindly brought me to a restaurant downstairs and helped me order dishes, introducing me to some local cuisine. Throughout the meal, they checked on my preferences to ensure my satisfaction. This thoughtful service deeply impressed me with the hotel's sincerity and dedication. In conclusion, my stay at the Atour Hotel was exceptional, and I cannot praise its service enough. Their professionalism, warm hospitality, and attentive care made my time in Changle, Fujian truly enjoyable. I will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends, hoping more people can experience such excellent service.

離上次住這裏相隔一年多了，感覺很多設施都有點舊了，但是看得出保養比較用心，性價比還是不錯的。不過床墊都有點塌了感覺該換換了。

父母入住表示硬件設施一般，除了兩瓶礦泉水沒有任何其他歡迎小零食，房間略舊，淋浴水壓小，早餐品種少，味道也一般，停車倒是挺方便。附近吃東西只有一家肯德基

陽台門壞了，推不開，但漏冷風！報修也不修。

一進店 前台在刷視頻 我站了五分鐘他玩了五分鐘 看他很開心不忍打擾 可是依舊不抬頭 房間灰很大 不停的打噴嚏 房間還行 整體不是亞朵的標準

房間很好 外賣都是前台幫我送上來的 並且我的衣服都是幫我拿下去洗 洗完了還幫我送上來 早餐特別豐富 很喜歡 😘
