Relais Villa Bianca

I stayed here after my first walk from san miniato on the via francigena. The property itself is gorgeous as well as the rooms, super nice, no complaints around that or the breakfast. EXTREMELY DISSAPOINTED IN THE SERVICE 1) They list reception hours as 4-7 pm and 7-10 am , I did not see one receptionist the entire time. There was a wedding party but that is no excuse to just ignore the rest of your guests 2) when i arrived after 7 hours of walking, my bag was sitting outside in the rain with a key to let myself into the property. Again, not acceptable. This was during service hours and even though there was a wedding you should hire more staff 3) I had an included dinner , supposed to be in the resto for an authentic Tuscan experience, they sent me to a pizzarea off property. And i had to call to figure out where i would be going to dinner , they did not provide that info upon check in as there was no check in . 4) the next morning again there was no one at reception and I just had to leave my bag and hope it made it. Again, the property + rooms were nice but if I wanted to stay in an appartment I would book Air B and B, you need to provide the service you advertise Part of staying in a hotel is , you know, having a receptionist I have never experienced that before

We stayed two nights and we loved it, the swimming pool was the star ⭐️ we had so much fun and especially our daughter! Also very nice breakfast!

Without a doubt one of the finest property I stayed in recent times. I visit Nainital almost every year but this time it was amazing and view from our room was sublime. Upon arrival we were welcomed by the staff . Hospitality was awesome. The atmosphere was serene . Food was delicious and was cooked fresh . The joy of beauty was eternal happiness. Beautifully redecorated, very friendly staff, a very comfortable stay along our walk on the Via Francigena. Beautiful setting too. The hotel restaurant was not yet open, so the owners drove us to the fabulous Sant’Ilario restaurant, located a few KMs away.

Soggiornato per un week end in questo delizioso hotel. Camera spaziosa, ben arredata, pulizia ottima, bagno grande e vista sull'entrata alberata dell'hotel. Il luogo mi è particolarmente piaciuto per la tranquillità e il relax ,lontano dal traffico e dai rumori molesti. L'hotel è circondato da tanto verde che dona un clima favorevole anche durante le giornate più calde. La piscina, pur non essendo curata al meglio, è anche lei situata in una posizione tranquilla sul retro dell'hotel. Consigliato.

Prachtig hotel, centrale ligging, met bijzonder vriendelijke en behulpzame medewerkers. Mooie tuin met zwembad. Laatstgenoemde was nog niet in gebruik (medio mei). Kamer vonden wij erg warm ondanks de luidruchtige airco. Maar dat is persoonlijk. Sanitair was brandschoon, wel stoffig. Dineren bij Tenuta Sant I’llaria is een aanbeveling en ook La Montagnola (400 mtr verder)

Buona struttura ,rapporto qualità e prezzo ottimi,posizione ottima e veduta delle campagne toscane ottima.Colazione abbondante e di qualità!Posto rilassante!Consiglio sia per una sosta di lavoro che per villeggiatura per famiglie.

Non mi piace scrivere recensioni negative ma stavolta devo. L’hotel non è assolutamente un 4 stelle. Il prato verde delle foto ve lo sognate, è state rimpiazzato da una distesa di aghi di pino e foglie. La piscina tenuta malino sempre piena di aghi di pino e, di tutte quelle che ho girato, non penso di averne mai trovata una così fredda tanto da non poter entrare. La reception ha orari tutti suoi e ti fanno pagare i teli della piscina. Il ristornate dell’hotel non in funzione, ci è stato detto solo dopo aver prenotato, la colazione poverissima, una delle più tristi che abbia mai visto (un tavolino con due cose e un altro minuscolo per le bevande ormai calde senza ghiaccio o refrigerazione). La camera non male a parte l’aria condizionata gestita solo dalla reception, il frigobar vuoto, le prese mancanti, la tv da 12 pollici, la cipolla della doccia/vasca alta 1,50cm e la tenda di tessuto che fa allagare tutto. Sicuramente un posto con molto potenziale ma gestito malissimo. Lascio tre stelle (che non merita) solo perché i ragazzi a reception/colazione sono stati molto gentili e ci hanno fatto rimanere in piscina dopo il check out.

Accoglienza e gentilezza da parte del personale, in particolare di Rebecca! Camera pulita e dall'atmosfera romantica! Colazione con scelta tra dolce e salato! Una nota negativa la piscina da sistemare un pochino! Per chi transita sulla via Francigena ottimo punto di appoggio.
