Staff is good, room was very clean, centre on city, use full eminities, parking space is use full

Very clean hotel, staff are respectful and easy to communicate with. Nice seating area as you enter, good place to sit and catch up with others. Rooms are spacious and well maintained. Would visit again. Quite central to many shops and autos are easily available outside. Plentiful space for parking.

Very good place to stay in gandhidham city with good amenities like room food and very reach service.

1. The management ask extra charge for early check in in the property. Check in time is 12. Pm and as per my journey time i was there at 9. 30 to 10 am. It was my special request when i book for early check in. There was a call for extra payment of rs 500 from the management for early check in. 2. The break fast is very poor quality and the tea and evry food items were very teatless. 3. Room service also not recomendable. In the room ther was only a chair. I ask for lunch one more chair to reception but till the check out they can't provide. I think the service is poor than they charge for it.

No water in room. No bathroom amenities. Water bottle not given. Receptionist not cordial and cooperative

Very poor customer service. Front desk manager mr pandey was literally shouting at me. While i requested for a bottle of water. They had not provided even a complimentary bottle of water and charged a whopping 37 rupees for the same. Never visit this place

Shower water smelled very bad. Thanks were not cleaned or water itself was dirty. It was smelling very bad when taking shower.
