Superb service hotel staff is very supportive, all the start from to service boy everyone is so supportive… must book this hotel.. their restaurant food is very delicious

Worst did not provided even water. And not even amenities as per mm t mentioned. They charged for water 50 rupees for one bottle mrp 20. Not worth it

Bed not comfortable, sheets teared, blanket smells. They charged for complementary water that also 48 rs each. The way they have displayed nothing was there. Mm t team never survey the property. This is my 8th time disappointment at different properties

The bathroom was dirty and leakage during midnight, and the property was not clean. Furniture and fixtures were broken, door lock was not working.

The hotel is an average one. Bathroom was in shabby condition. The behaviour of dining area was not friendly. The remote of ac was not working.

Hotel was good but it was not clean the rooms were also good in it, the staff was also good food is also good

Rooms are not clean and service not good. Main this is way of behaviour of hote staff is very bad. I suggest to people who are stay in gandhidham please don't choose this hotel

I would definitely appreciate mm t for helping me on time as i have already stated to the customer service executive about the experience i had at aarti international hotel. At first glance, i had booked another hotel for my guest and from 1st day onward s of their stay there was unending rain at our place and due to which my guest has to face a lot of problem like water clogging and shortage of electricity and so on, due to which i had to cancel their stay from that hotel and i had requested for a refund of remaining days, and within few minutes my request have been accepted and mm t has processed my request and the amount has been credited to my account as well. Overall, i would say the experience was more than excellent.
