This one is a really good value. The hotel is showing its age, but it is an amazing deal considering the cost. While old, everything in my room was quite clean. The room included good wifi, a fridge with a few free drinks, and a kettle. There was minimal street noise. The hotel is located on one of the main streets of the city, so it is close to a million restaurants, convenience stores and a large supermarket. It's probably a 15 minute walk from the train station.

I wanted to sleep in the mountains, not far from the Gangneung beach (around 30 minutes). The owner was very kind and prepared a meal that he cooked himself, so I was very grateful. The location is surrounded by mountains and located high up (vehicles allowed, of course), so the view is also good. I came here while listening to the sound of the mountain breeze without any external noise. It is an old pension, so there are limitations in facilities, but I recommend it to those who want to relax in comfort and hospitality in the mountains.

체크인 할 때 와 문의 하려직원을 찾을때 직원이 객실 상황을 잘 모르는 것 같았음

First of all, the location is ok. It's close to anywhere and it's a bit difficult to walk. The facility is called a pension, but it's a fault that you have to use the kitchen with people you don't know on the first floor, not personal cooking.
And it gets very hot when charging a cell phone or something else, whether the electrical facilities are a little bad, and in the morning there is a chicken crying and a dog barking. There is a piano in the room, so I'm very embarrassed^;;;; Staff accommodation or motel rather than ... pension? It was close to the guest house

KK6262JT_I visited because I said I would be an expensive motel, because I would have imitated a hotel, and I was wrong. There was no doorman or parking help, but it was not difficult to park mechanically. The staff were friendly, including the front desk. Breakfast was not crowded because it was operated by reservation zero and it was better to eat at 5,000 won per person for an event. ㅋㅋ Not a gorgeous buffet, but it was well equipped with coffee, milk, rice and soup, scrambled eggs, sausages, salads, bread, mini croissants, etc. The room and bathroom were clean and well equipped with toothpaste toothbrushes and toiletries. The old big picture in the lobby was nice too. I'm a return visit doctor.

CCayaThis was a budget motel in Gangneung, and everything about the place seemed poorly conceived. Room was cold in winter, but the heated blanket on the mattress had two temperatures: scorching and off. The blankets had stains on them and the whole room reeked of cigarettes. There was even a lighter on the table seemingly to encourage it.
The electrical plug situation was incredibly inconvenient, as there weren’t many free outlets and the few that existed were located on the other side of the room from the bed. The bathroom was absolutely freezing, and the location of the shower head was between the bathroom sink and a shelf, requiring you to stand sideways in order to have the water hit you.
I get that you get what you pay for and this was a budget hotel, but I still think the hotel was overpriced for what you got. Doubtful I’d stay here again

CChung-hanIt's just besides st. John hotel, there's bar and restaurant, 7-11, and there's also a GS25 close by about 2mins walking distance. Need to used uber to call taxi , so for foreigner try to download Uber before you arrive. There's also bus station about 10mins walking, for bus in Gangneung is W1,700/way, if you have T-card it's W1,530/way. The hotel facility is a little old, but everything working well.

ЕЕленаA gorgeous location, beach in step availability. On the first floor, the reception desk has a table for food, a cooler with hot and cold water, a microwave oven. The room is light, comfortable and beautiful from the window. There are all necessary facilities for personal hygiene, towels, fan, refrigerator, table. When entering the hotel there is a machine to squeeze the underwear, which can be used at any time (on the registration hall will tell you how to use it).
The hotel itself is very quiet and comfortable, clean and order, smoking is prohibited. There are tables and rest shops near the hotel entrance.
There are a large number of shops and cafes near the hotel. Specially pleased to mark a cafe with a pleasant atmosphere and delicious food, where you will be happy to meet a family couple of honorable age. Their restaurant is near the lake and the police station. From the restaurant of Italian cuisine Toms Bistro on the right side through 2 cafes (photo with the name below).

__L3822DCThe hotel is freshly renovated, located between the lake and the sea, as well as between two 24-hour shops 7-11. That is, the location is optimal. Apparently, the repair was recently, as the rooms are clean, light and modern. The rooms are large enough. There is a sign on the respiratory that the hotel understands English, but there was no possibility to make sure that. There is a free parking. Bed comfortable, curtains tight. Minus was that the night was very dusty. There were no problems with settlement/exile.

GGuest UserLocation is rather near the lake side. Very good views of the lake from the balcony off the bedroom - not so good from the main room.
The room/apartment is very cozy and nicely furnished, and we spent quite a lot of time in the room as it didn’t stopped raining the entire time we are there. The design of the house is very well thought out and the owner actually came to say hi to us.
Some clothing cabinets will be nice, and maybe another one or two chairs for the living area.

LLilLocated next to Anmok Beach and cafe street. It is in walking distance of cafes and the beach. There are some places to eat too.
In the room there is a fridge and communal health and beauty supplies and a hair blowdryer. We checked in around 11 PM the front desk gave us toothbrushes.
The sheets were stained when we arrived in our room. We called since it was after house cleaning hours, they gave us new sheets so we could change them.

후후만이Be sure to visit Jeongdongjin. The Sun Cruise Hotel here is really nice. There are also places to eat nearby, so I highly recommend visiting. If you like seafood, be sure to visit.

The sound of the waves of the winter sea and the scenery are like paintings in one width. It feels like seeing a picture. It sucks into that picture and makes me imagine swimming in it.
