Ramada by Wyndham Gangtok Hotel & Casino Golden

The food and hotel cleanliness/ facilities were of top quality. The staff very cordial except one Ms. Renne. Her behaviour and way of talking was shocking. I just didn’t replied her but let other staff know about it. We were two families and both were spellbound seeing her behaviour. The only reason I have not given 5 stars for the review as behaviour stands above anything else. Thanks and regards

We stayed in the property for 2 nights. Hospitality, room cleanlines, room service was excellent. Dinner and breakfast was wonderful. Loved the stay and intend to visit again in future. It would be better if the parking space can be better and more accessible.

Room charged are not at all worthy, Food price is too expensive comparing to Quantity & Taste , We were alloted Suite Valley Room but nothing was there like Suite Room as per 4 Star , Staff are helfull , It's difficult to stay for a Chain Smoker as property all Rooms are non Smoking

They had kashmiri menu as a special cuisine and was very well prepared. The service provided by Ms Ongkit at the roof top restaurant was pretty good and friendly. There is a swimming pool view as well . The ambience from the restaurant is also very nice and you can see the gangtok valley from the roof top alongwith the ropeway as well.

Comfortable stay the room, food people are very good in Ramada I always stay in Ramada my stay always goes comfortable which I have ordered biryani so tasty people are very much helpful specially from front desk thank you Aman he always required me a nice room and thank to Miss Nisha she is always there to help in any situation for al the guest thankyou I have already recommended this hotel to my friends and family too. Thank you

Excellent ambience, good food and hearty meal at the buffet. The desserts were really good and so were the drinks, would definitely visit again. A good place to celebrate with your family. Bishnu and Bhoop attended us really well.. appreciate the service provided by them.

I came here with my parents twice throughout my trip. We were here for lunch at the Trinity restaurant and bar. The food was amazing (The Kashmiri menu is to die for) The service was a little slow but the staff is really cooperative. Really enjoyed my experience here and would definitely visit again if I revisit Gangtok.

I planned my travelled to Sikkim from 20th May to 25 May 2024 and my 1st destination in Gangtok was “Ramada by Wyndham”. After the tiring journey from Airport, i reached hotel around 4:30 pm in evening.. Ramada team welcomed us in a diffrent manner by offerring the welcome scarfs….this was a different experience , esp for my kids and family and they liked it very much… I booked the hotel directly from Ramada. Ramada reservation team offerred reasonable price compared to other booking websites. Based on my stay in Gangtok for 4 nights, i would say that Ramada is best place to stay in Gangtok and if someone has budget of slightly higher than mid range hotels, they should undoubtably go for Ramada. Following are the reasons : 1. Hotel is centrally located in Gangtok City…5 mins by car to MG marg / 10 mins walk if you can. Medical shop/ grocery shop right opposite the hotel. ( majority of the other hotels in Gangtok have location constraints and are not at walking distance from market or MG marg) 2. Spacious and luxurious rooms , with excellent view ( view from delux rooms is amazing, giving full view of valley) 3. All rooms are above the road level, giving an open view from each room. 4. Delicious breakfast with great variety of food menu 5. Coordial and supportive staff We really enjoyed our stay in Ramada… due to rush, i could get booking for only 2 nights… i wish if i could have got the booking for remaining 2 nights ( after my return from Lachung) as well in Ramada… Only suggestion : if Ramada management can have a provision for mini swimming pool for kids as well , it would help kids further enjoy their stay.

Good ambience ....good food....Excellent service by Ongkit....would definitely recommend. I will prefer to come and stay here agan. Extremely top class service from staffs. Ongkit reflected high class hospitalty and gesture with respect to disounts too.
