Ramada by Wyndham Gangtok Hotel & Casino Golden

I came here with my parents twice throughout my trip. We were here for lunch at the Trinity restaurant and bar. The food was amazing (The Kashmiri menu is to die for) The service was a little slow but the staff is really cooperative. Really enjoyed my experience here and would definitely visit again if I revisit Gangtok.

I planned my travelled to Sikkim from 20th May to 25 May 2024 and my 1st destination in Gangtok was “Ramada by Wyndham”. After the tiring journey from Airport, i reached hotel around 4:30 pm in evening.. Ramada team welcomed us in a diffrent ***ner by offerring the welcome scarfs….this was a different experience , esp for my kids and family and they liked it very much… I booked the hotel directly from Ramada. Ramada reservation team offerred reasonable price compared to other booking websites. Based on my stay in Gangtok for 4 nights, i would say that Ramada is best place to stay in Gangtok and if someone has budget of slightly higher than mid range hotels, they should undoubtably go for Ramada. Following are the reasons : 1. Hotel is centrally located in Gangtok City…5 mins by car to MG marg / 10 mins walk if you can. Medical shop/ grocery shop right opposite the hotel. ( majority of the other hotels in Gangtok have location constraints and are not at walking distance from market or MG marg) 2. Spacious and luxurious rooms , with excellent view ( view from delux rooms is amazing, giving full view of valley) 3. All rooms are above the road level, giving an open view from each room. 4. Delicious breakfast with great variety of food menu 5. Coordial and supportive staff We really enjoyed our stay in Ramada… due to rush, i could get booking for only 2 nights… i wish if i could have got the booking for remaining 2 nights ( after my return from Lachung) as well in Ramada… Only suggestion : if Ramada ***agement can have a provision for mini swimming pool for kids as well , it would help kids further enjoy their stay.

Good ambience ....good food....Excellent service by Ongkit....would definitely recommend. I will prefer to come and stay here agan. Extremely top class service from staffs. Ongkit reflected high class hospitalty and gesture with respect to disounts too.

We stay in suite,each and every thing in room up to the mark,neat and clean, excellent view,staff is polite, boy Gautam one of hotel staff is very helpful,sky deck view is very nice,, location of hotel is near mg road,you can go by sharing taxi which is available out side the hotel or you can go by solo taxi,cable car at the walking distance.

The hospitality was too good and the staff behaviour was excellent. All the staffs were at help at every point of time. Md Abul Hasan Ramzan and Goutam specially were too good and humble and was quite helping with us. The rooms were too good and the views too.

Great Customer Service and very good ambience with sufficient space. Roof Deck space is very good. Food is great. A must visit when you are in Gangtok. Once can avail services such as spa, swiming pool and ***y other services. A place to visit with family and friends.

My home away from my home.. The best ever experience. Thanks to each and every person here.. I would like to give a 7 star out of 5..The staff are really very amazing and lovable.. The view from the rooms are awesome.. The infinity pool is amazing.. one of my best stay..

It was overall good. The ambience was pretty well structured and I like the place and out here the people are very well ***nered and they serve really well. We would like to visit once again here and the location is also in a peaceful environment

Good service and housekeeping by Md Abul Hassan. He took care of everything we needed . They were friendly and very cooperative. The supervisor A*** Chatterjee was also good . They made our stay at Ramada Gangtok very good. We enjoy every bit of our stay.
