Amazing Chris**as fun in a heritage setting and DJ night with bonfire. If some one is planning 1 night stay outside delhi NCR, this is must go destination. Amazing hospitality, heritage and village vibe. Food is really good and give vibe of home made so don’t expect some hotel level food and spread.

I am really surprised to read the reviews about the property. We visited in the first week of April for a family weekend get together. The property has a huge potential and can be turned into a beautiful weekend get away. But Aspen has done a shoddy job in maintaining it. The rooms especially carpets are full of dust. The upholstery is dirty and seems to have never been drycleaned. The ceilings have mould on them. It seems no one is really looking at what's going on there. We ordered some food from the menu. When the bill came, the prices charged were higher. On questioning, they mentioned that the prices in the menu is for half plate. It was not mentioned that the charges are for half plate. But the Aspen employee that this is how it is. Sharing pictures for every one to see. This property is highly unhygienic. The museum is full of dust.

The Fort Unchagaon is nice heritage property . The museum is the USP of the place where lot and lot of items you will be able to find and relate to old era. the food is excellent and the service is awesome. They treat you like your family member and very excited to share each story related to fort. The rooms are actually too big and we asked for small room as the heating system was not effective due to large size. The place is quite and very relaxing. If you go there ask for Mr Inder , who is staying in that place for last 30 years and have max info. The service boy Prince is good and Mr Atul is very flexible and ensure your happiness for each moment of stay. A good place from Delhi with 2 hours of good connectivity for relaxing.

Great trip with school friends ...5 of us..kudos to the hospitality of the resort staff...awesome ambience...high heritage value ..the staff was extremely helpful ...special mention..Shivam Rohan prince and Inderpal... Will come back and highly recommend!!!

This is my personal opinion as a traveller We family of 3 with kids stayed there for 2-3 days each two of us did booking with sushant their sales ***ager and one did directly on some platform. Trust if you want a laidback holiday and you have kids , you will love this place Amazing place lovely team , home away from home Making it simple by dividing Positives 1. Vintage property so those who love those should go once , well kept 2. Team : they are nice loving and supporting always welcome with smile Mr Rai is always on ground 3. Peace ful full of green and fresh air 4. Lot of open space 5. Pool was clean and well kept 6. Cleanliness Negative 1. Pricing mechanism ; first it was shared that min two days booking , but then it was also made available for one day Anyway that's a business strategy but just shared , also i belive with direct booking guest should be given better rates as it saves commision to portal but it was denied . 2. Payment mechanism ; they don't accept credit card booking as they had some bad experience in past Improvement 1. Food is very average, buffet spread is minimal too 2. Breakfast spread is very basic I mean atleast when you are selling new year package for around 40k you need to give some special breakfast , we survived on eggs , idli was hard , sambar was not good . Poha , upma very basic , but I understand may be in Village area cook may be an issue 3. Mattress are not good , we were unable to sleep , blankets could be better 3. Team should be bit empowered to take call , on every thing they say ***agement can only decide .

Excellent property great rooms, staff is polite And courteous. Food is great and good place to bond with family and friends. Not too far from delhi so easy to navigate. Had a great stay.... must visit

Terrible way of dealing with client. Was assured a partial refund because we had to leave. The food was incredible spicy and post visit ***agement is extremely uncooperative and rude. Hope your experience is better than ours

Friendly staffs, very quiet and serene ambiance.. specious rooms and garden however swimming pool area needs a bit of renovation or perhaps I had this feeling because I was there during low season. This heritage hotel is great place for families and couples.

A lovely summer experience at Fort Unchagaon. Pros : 1.Peaceful,green premises 2.Heritage Rooms 3.Clean and accessible Swimming pool (~4ft depth all over) ==＞ Esp in the summer heat it made the stay very enjoyable 4.Cozy Dining Rooms with all 3 meals included + tea and evening snacks. 5.Big Library and pool table (allowed only for professionals) 6.Heritage Furniture - mini museum of sorts with the Fort's history 7. Wheelchair Friendly - Two big rooms (capable of hosting 4-6 people) were available on the ground floor. 8.Very courteous and helpful staff - from booking stage to during the stay - which made our trip all the more better. 9.Even in sweltering summer the rooms were cool and ACs were available. 10.Badminton court, area for cricket, were available for leisurely activities. Cons : 1.We were 3 people in a room and the third bed/mattress provided was too thin - not at all up to mark. 2.More people are needed to attend to guests as the room service was non-existent/ took a long time to reach someone. 3.Mosquito menace - Suggest pest control to ***agement and do bring your own mosquito/bug repellents. 4.Could not talk on call with any representative during booking phase. Only WhatsApp and mail was available which made us a bit hesitant to go forward with the plan. But they were patient and answered all queries on whatsapp. Overall it was a memorable trip and would recommend a visit!
