People running in and out all hours of the night.floors dirty and soft floors. Non smoking facility reaks of smoking.

No water in the room. When asked for water bottle then they said their water dispenser isn’t working and no alternate option available.

Everything was okay until I went into the bathroom and I saw someone used sanitary pads in the garbage can. The pads were not wrapped up and there were two of them. Disgusting to say the least, apparently the housekeeper missed them so why would I think that the room was actually clean at all!

This property needs an immediate inspection and overhaul of the cleanliness. The staff was very helpful however when I got to my room to check it out I found BED BUGS!!! My anxiety was so high I could not stay there and had to find somewhere else to stay late at night with no reservation and I did not know the area.

The hotel was marked as tobacco-free and the corridor to my room smelled a lot of cigarettes and it went into my room. I asked for a room change and they didn't want to change it because the hotel was full but because of the few vehicles parked I knew it wasn't true the room smelled bad and the floor was too dirty
