Our room was definitely not COVID clean. There were paint stains on the rug as soon as you entered the room. The upholstered chair was stained and filthy. There appeared to be dried vomit on the carpet near the bed closest to the ac unit. This same bed had either blood or vomit stains on the right side of the mattress. The elevator had a foul odor. We were extremely disappointed with the accommodations at this hotel and will never book a stay here in the future.

The rooms where not like in the brochure and they offered no hot breakfast and the parking lot parking spaces are way to close over crowded. The exercise room was never open The hot breakfast
room was never opened. They only had coffee juice and a variety of sweet
rolls and granola bars. No cereal for kids and nothing hot as advertised. I was totally disappointed at this establishment. Sincerely Jack Kline

I was surprised by some of these reviews and was slightly hesitant but really great location. And lovely people who work at check in were lovely. The room was lovely. I didn’t even mind the elevator was out at service at the moment. Nice walking ramps to get to my room. I’d definitely stay here again! :)

Elevator wasn't functioning, no AM breakfast that was originally offered, the fireplace was not functional and the room key activated the door but the door did not always open.

Loved our stay. They are very nice. The only issues were a loose faucet handle and the filter in the hot tub needs to be either cleaned or changed.

Definitely could use a few upgrades. Broken elevator ****** especially being on the 4th floor. Also, no breakfast. Having two bathrooms was nice in the king size room, toilets were the old 1950 small ones, the cover to the jacuzzi in the room kept falling off. However, the location was nice and everything was definitely within walking distance. Room was decently sized

Overall a good experience. Our room had a fireplace and tub. The fireplace wouldn't turn off so we had to call maintenance. We also found 2 pills on the ground. Despite this we still enjoyed our stay. The place is currently being renovated so there was no elevators and no breakfast. We came in the off season so there was no one else around us. However, you could hear every little noise. Probably wouldn't be a lot of privacy if they were packed.

Sham. Room almost 90 degrees. Phone not working. Employee reached into gas fireplace to turn it off. Sink boards missing around it. Second room phone not working, fireplace not functioning, Third room bugs 🐜 crawling on walls. Asked for money back and went to a different location

Although the hotel is in a convenient location to everything the property itsellf was very poor looking. Tne room was stuffy, the bathroom was very small, the tub and toilet were stained, the heater was loud and we had a couple of roaches.
