Right in the middle of the Gatlinburg *****! That saves you $20 in parking! Front desk people were super nice. Nice clean room. Good rates. Standard amenities; fridge, microwave. Cool view. Wish they had breakfast but it’s ok. I loved it and will go again.

Manager is rude and very pushy. Went with a real service dog and she was furious that we wanted to stay there with our dog. She demanded he wear a service vest( which we don’t have and not required by ADA also stated many times they are not “pet friendly” needless to say we cancelled our stay and left that hotel.

We usually love staying here because of convenience. However the rooms weren’t very clean and the elevator was only halfway working the entire stay.

Absolutely horrible! They claim it’s been renovated but don’t tell you how cheaply they “renovated” it. We had the supposed best suite they offered and it was awful. The heat never worked, it was disgustingly dirty, and the connecting door with the room next door didn’t lock (it was a hollow-core residential door). The floors were dirty and turned out socks black after a few minutes. The elevator and the hallways were gross as well. This property is obviously owned / managed by people that just don’t care. It’s only saving grace is it’s convenient location. I don’t care if it’s free, don’t stay here!

You can tell they’ve recently made updates. It was a nice stay. Room is clean. Location is convenient. No frills but nice. Would stay again.

You can tell the hotel was updated, but you can also tell it was done in a cheaper way. The elevator was super slow and parking wasn't ample for the rooms they have available. The room was clean though so we will consider staying. Albeit it was New Years Weekend, equal higher rates, it would be nice if they offer New Year party favors as other hotels like the Hampton Inn does.

We had an amazing stay! Staff was super friendly! Even though they are in the middle of remodeling you would have never known. Hallways/elevator/rooms were very clean.
definitely coming back in a few months!

If you are looking for a clean comfortable bed and shower this is your place. It is not a high end hotel but the staff is very nice and the rooms are clean. They have all been renovated. It’s obviously an older hotel and is still quite dated but the beds and bathroom were both very clean. I would recommend this to anyone who just wants a clean place to sleep and shower. It is very close to all things in downtown Gatlinburg.

This is a clean hotel. Perfect if you just want a clean place to sleep and shower. It is very close to everything. Staff were all nice that I met. It’s def an older property and they have renovated all the rooms. It’s not fancy but it was clean and spacious.
