It was my first experience with this capsule room. it very comptable. near to the bus terminal , near to find food. arh everthing was vey nice lah. one more, the staff with the tattoo at hand very helpfull. will repeat next journey. Thanks

My recent visit to M Qube Hotel in Penang left me thoroughly impressed and delighted. From the moment I stepped through the doors, I knew I was in for an exceptional experience, and the hotel certainly did not disappoint.

the lady who greeted me at the counter is very good, take her time to explain everything to me. Kudos! this is Malaysian hospitality. however the cube is very narrow, and the mattress is thin (I have backache after 1 day of sleep). but I think it is cheap thus what do I expect? overall 3/5.
