Jonas and Twins Resort

This isn’t a resort and will never fit in a resort category. It might be fit as one star or maybe zero star hotel . I had a long argument with reception to get me a blanket and extra pillow. I told them there no blanket and one pillow isn’t enough.They kept insisting the bed sheets is the blanket. Hotel beach is very filthy . Hotel lobby isn’t paved. It is sand finish only. Hotel has no services at all . There is no decent restaurant, no gym , no swimming pool and no phone in the room . Location is in a main road where noisy and so many dogs barking all night long. It doesn’t worth the money I spent there. It is unfair for hotels apps to present such hotels for rent in there apps. It was very very very bad experience.

Hotel staff were helpful and friendly. The room was spacious, and location is great (if u know how to drive a motorbike)! It's close to restaurants, massage places and just across the street is a small mart and coffee shop. If u hire a tricycle, it may get pricey. So we rented 2 motorbikes, as we are a family with 2 teenagers. The hotel can help you with this. Don't worry if you don't have a driver license, the police won't catch u. We didn't see any traffic police the whole 6days that we were there. Only problem with our room (#6) is that the other guests in the other room were so noisy and we could hear their noise until late and they wake up too early. Rej - their receptionist, helped by speaking with these guests to lower their volume. And yes, the next day, we didn't hear them anymore,just whispers. Overall experience is good, but could be better if the rooms are soundproofed.

I stayed here six months ago had the same problems. Now I won’t go back. No Wi-Fi the Wi-Fi they have is the worst I’ve ever seen on the planet and I travel all over the world. I have to go next-door to the hotel called the reef to get Wi-Fi. Water pressure in the shower is almost nonexistent, you have to sleep on a bed with a sheet and no comforter or blanket. Aside from that you have to listen to wild dogs barking in the middle of the night and they don’t do anything about it. Sorry but I’m going to pass next time

PRO: Kind/friendly/helpful workers, very relaxing/peaceful/beautiful atmosphere, room was spacious, with safe/fridge, service was excellent, restos are ample, a convenient store is directly across the resort. CON: WiFi in public area only not in rooms, mosquitos are prevalent during rainy season i had to buy "katol" or mosquito repellant coils. RECOMMENDATION: Recommended for relaxing by the beach (rocky) and enjoying a nature holiday.
