Cozy and modern ensuite rooms with large soft bed, complimentary coffee pods, air conditioning, toilet pan with integrated handheld shower spray. The only downside was that walls had no acoustic insulation whatsoever so I could hear literally anything happening in the adjacent and above rooms. Ear plugs strongly recommended.

Note: I have contacted the hotel about these complaints several times and asked for a partial refund but have not heard anything in return, which just drives home my point about how bad the customer service is at this hotel. My experience: I found during my stay that many things were not as advertised on the website, and was underwhelmed with the service provided there. The website claims that it is 'decorated like a 5-star' hotel, yet the room I was in (Tiny Room with balcony) had an insufficient set-up. There was no place to hang towels and the shower was not sealed causing the room to flood (and my baggage to get wet) every time I took a shower. I reported this issue to the team and was confident that this would be dealt with swiftly as the promotion material states that the 'virtual butler is just an app away'. However, I did not receive a response within a suitable time frame. In fact, I only received an answer the next day. And then my request to exchange the towels, soaked through the bathmat, and replace the used coffee pods for more coffee was only partially fulfilled. The soaking bathmat was left in the room, and only the towels were replaced. And while I received new coffee pods, I did not receive more milk for the coffee. This took another day to be rectified and the soaking mat was never replaced. The person coming to my room also left all the used cups and cutlery. This is not the standard I expect from a hotel that advertises itself as a 5-star standard. I am happy to self-cater and do my own dishes, but the room provided no such amenities. There was no dish soap, dish towel, or rack. I think it would be suitable to either provide these things or have the dirty dishes replaced once a day. Overall, this was really disappointing and I am genuinely shocked at the lack of response from the hotel. They clearly don't care about customer satisfaction!

I was overwhelmed by the hospitality of all the staff . Pool-view/pool-access room offers a great spot to enjoy the rest of the day with your beloved one . There is also a play area for kids and best staff to take care of kids . Highly Recommended.

The hotel is a fantastic place to stay .A fantastic stay with the family. The staff culture is very good - right from the reception to the restaurants. Excellent hospitality, beautiful rooms and very aesthetically done architecture. Would highly recommend the hotel.

I stayed here a night. Because of some some technical we have to stay here and complete some work and started the next day. But the hotel changes my mood, and then i feel like just relax and enjoy the weekend with relaxing atmosphere. Definitely visit again.

I stayed one night only in this room and it was already too much. What a dirty place! Dust, strange smell in the hallways and the room, stains everywhere, etc. Disgusting. The only positive thing is that it is located in the city centre. Price is much too high for what you get.

De kamer is ruim en voorzien van TV en Dolce Gusto machine. Het bed was groot en aangenaam. Voldoende handdoeken en ruime badkamer maar de rubber aan douche niet echt proper. Terras was vuil en sigarettenpeuken lagen in een hoekje.

Wenn man sich hier die meisten guten Bewertungen bei Google ansieht, ist es schon merkwürdig, dass so viele das Personal loben - in einem Hotel, das keins hat! Und die Bewertungen so gleich klingen. Man fragt sich, ob das gekaufte Bewertungen sind, denn wenn man mal dort war, gestaltet sich alles anders: Wir blieben eine Nacht im The Librarian. Auf der Website von booking hatte jemand gefragt, ob es Frühstück gebe, dies wurde in der Antwort bejaht und gesagt es sei inklusiv. Deshalb buchten wir. Wir kamen um 21 Uhr an, im Hausflur lag alles voll mit Wäschesäcken. Der Bewegungsmelder im sonst dunklen Flur funktioniert nur von unten nach oben. Zum Rausgehen geht er erst an, wenn man sich die schmale Treppe schon runtergetastet hat. Die Idee, ein Hotel ohne Personal zu versuchen, ist ja nett. Wenn der erste Eindruck dann aber dieser ist, die Wände abgeschrabbelt und der Flur voller Schmutzwäsche, dunkel und alles anonym, fehlt ganz klar - der Mensch. Dazu der Schreck beim Betreten des Zimmers: es gibt ein Bett mit überdimensionierten Kissen, das ist ja alles ganz ok, wer‘s braucht. Ansonsten: kein Stuhl, Tisch oder Sessel, genau zwei kleine Haken zum Hängen von einem kleinen Handtuch. Der Raum hat extrem wenig Platz. Es gibt eine Dusche und Toilette, jedes mit einer Schiebetür, wenn das eine genutzt wird, wird der andere Teil zugeschoben. Beides nutzen bei Zweierbelegung geht nicht. Dazu gehen die Bewegungsmelder in Dusche oder WC nach 5 Sekunden aus. Das gibt ein schönes Licht-an-und-aus-Geflacker, besonders, wenn einer nachts auf die Toilette muss…. Überall platzt der Putz ab, die Dichtungen verschimmelt oder abgerissen, an der Lüftung widerliche Ablagerungen drumherum. Das sieht auf den Fotos auf der Website wirklich komplett anders aus. Und nun zum Frühstück: morgens fragten wir über WhatsApp, wo wir den Frühstücksraum finden würden. Da hiess es, das Hotel biete keines an. Nach kurzem hin- und her meinte der Zuständige, dass er wohl den Kommentar bei booking löschen lassen müsste. Ja, das wäre dann doch langsam wirklich eine gute Idee! Noch ist sie da. Ein finanzieller Ausgleich für das Fehlen des Frühstücks wurde abgelehnt. Unsere Empfehlung nach dieser Erfahrung: Finger weg von diesem Hotel! Es ist sein Geld nicht wert! Und manchmal braucht guter Service eben doch Menschen.
