The Comfort Svasti Resort

The location is great but the service is very average. The pool was very dirty, the room supplies included just two towels for bath no additional hand towels or other toiletries, no refrigerator, food and breakfast options were limited as well. No internet in the rooms and very weak coverage outside. The value was money was very low.

Location is amazing. Food is normal. Mobile network issue which is good if you want to spend some peaceful time.

Hotel food is the main point for attraction. Clean rooms but maintenance parts can be looked at by hotel management. The only challenge is to reach the hotel due to no proper road, especially the hotel to the main road (but this is also the plus point once you reach the hotel) - the atmosphere after you reach the hotel is awesome.

It is a nice place with a well maintained property silent and peaceful environment testy and delicious food very cooperative staff, good for family trips

Overall experience was horrible. I'll start from check-in. Check-in process was really horrible and hectic. Although we reached at resort early and requested the welcome drink at gazebo, the waiter straight away declined it. Their reception area is too small. Not even 10 folks can sit in properly. Coming to swimming pool: it was really unhygienic. Water was really dirty. One couldn't see the bottom of the swimming pool. We requested manager to change or process the water, again they straight away denied to do so. So if you are planning for swimming pool fun don't go at all. Swimming pool had algae in the side wall. Funnily thier pool guy also admitted that without being sorry. Restaurant and food: restaurant was okay. Not much verities in the food. Their main restaurant doesn't have air conditioning, so think twice before going there if you aren't used to eat while sitting in hot summer. Food taste was okay not so excellent. It is expected to have a descent varieties when you promote property as "a resort. Room: surprisingly, room was tidy and in good condition. Although they promote as resort they didn't provided toiletries like toothbrush, tooth-paste etc. There are separate water tanks so if that gets empty you need to come out of bathroom and call reception. They will start water pump. So overall, a bitter experience. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone. Don't waste your precious vacation time there.

It was a great experience to stay with family. Location and different amenities are too good. Garden pool and other games are very good quality.

Property location is good. At very peaceful location. Staff are very supportive food is good. As a couple we love the place rooms are clean. Ac has some cooling issue but it can be tolerable

This stay is super good. Recommend to go for. If you are lucky you may see lions around this resort. No need to go for jungle safari. Its amazing. 👌👌👌

Wow…very nice location…room are very clean and very species…food is very good (kathavadi food)….i will 5 out of 4.5 to property.
