Clean and cheap.hotel with free breakfast. Breakfast is good but very short time from 7 to 9am only. Check in is easy and counter girl is friendly.

Great location. Older hotel/motel, but very clean. Bed was super comfortable. Breakfast was limited. No hot food, but did have good coffee with french vanilla creamer, always a plus. Hours for breakfast 0700-0900, which is kinda short, but doable. Toilet moved when getting up off it, but office closed when we left, so couldn't let them know. Free parking on site.

Very convenient hotel in walking distance to Hot Springs, Ropeway, Mexican Tequila Restaurant . Very friendly staff at the reception. They offered Hot Springs admission for $27 when it's $39 on site.

This place has been nicely renovated and is super clean and close to both hot springs locations. The staff was super friendly too. Will definitely stay again.

The location was very good--close to downtown and we had a great view of the mountains. The staff were very kind and helpful. They kept things neat and tidy in and around the property. The telephone in the unit did not work and we had difficulty getting the key to open the door. We missed having a coffee pot in the room. Overall, we were satisfied with our stay there and would return on a future trip to Glenwood Springs and the price was right.

Older property with some updates. Room was very cold, went out for dinner while it warmed up. Breakfast spread was appealing but mostly carbs. Got a great deal, otherwise rack rate is overpriced. Good staff. Some EV parking. Basic amenities, bed comfortable, everything clean. OK for a night of rest but lacks some amenities (eg small TV with basic cable - did manage to find a movie to watch). Plenty of space, has mini-fridge and microwave. Lots of things to do and great food a short drive (or long walk) away. Would stay again if need be.

Seriously a wonderful spot for a family on a budget. It’s not a luxury hotel, but for the price it’s everything you need! Clean, safe, comfortable and a decent breakfast. Staff was so friendly and helpful. Very private. We liked the soap dispensers, very eco friendly which is something we care about. The place was clean and warm. We loved it. Would highly recommend. We will be back! Thank you!
