Firstly, I must apologise for not rating this family run business sooner.. We visited exactly a month ago today on 2 March for my dads 83rd birthday, for dinner. Tracey and John, who run this Inn/Restaurant went to a lot of trouble with table decorations, a birthday card and banner and a candle in my dad’s desert. Our meals were freshly prepared and all delicious. My son’s goujon starter, well I’ve never seen such huge goujons, which he enjoyed immensely, lovely varied menu. I had bangers and mash, my dad have liver and bacon, and my son and mum had cod and chips. All delicious, hot rolls with my pate starter. Honestly, I cannot rate this place enough…small bar area which we sat at for a drink before dinner, quirky and friendly. We will definitely be returning… thank you.
