This hotel is not what it looks like. It has been false advertised on pictures and food wise. The hotel is small. Small pool. AWFUL FOOD! JUST AVOID THIS PLACE. You’re better off booking somewhere else. Stayed for 5 nights and ate out on all 5 nights even though it’s an all inclusive. Definitely not worth the money. You can get better for your money.. considering this is one of the most expensive hotels in golden sands.

Very salty food, few choiches of food, bad drinks, small yard with no green areas, small pool, small restaurant, very far apart from the sea, nice clean room, no WiFi in the room. To much money for what you get. Worst HVD from BG.

We had an average experience during our stayat this hotel. The staff was kind with us except the staff from the eating pleace, they were very unhappy to be there. The rooms were very clean, the food was ok but when the hotel it's running at full capacity, there aren't enough places at dinner or at the bar in the evening. The minibar contains 2 kids juices and 2 beers (they say that the minibar it's included in the rooms price) and at the coffee maker you have to ask the staff to give you more capsules because the maids aren't refilling the drawer. Unfortunately our worst experience was with ones of our conationals, the romanians who comes there to show off their lack of good behave. P.S: The hotel it's full of kids who aren't affraid to bother you with water splashs and their parents aren't doing anything about that.

Well…i’ve been here 3 years ago and it was very pleasant…we came back and now it is not as we remembered… We arrived at 9.30 in the morning because, as all Romanians we had to avoid the traffic at the border with Bulgaria. It was the first time in almost 20 years since i started to come to Bulgaria, when i couldn’t park and go to the beach till the check in time. A young man from the reception told us to go for a walk till 12.30…yes, indeed, the check in is at 14 o’clock but it was the first time this happened to me….He was also a little bit stiff and bored…. We left and we park in a parking place were we paid 15 leva for 3 hours. We went to the beach were we paid 39 leva for 2 chaise langue, an umbrella and a mattress… So, our holiday started well 😕 Brief, the hotel is clean, the room spotless, the food very tasty and various, the staff from animation team, bar, restaurant, very nice and hard working The animation team speaks a little Romanian, this is a first ! But they played some Romanian music, even manele 🤬 The bad thing is the beach which is far away and this is not a problem, the problem is that from 150 places with umbrellas, now, they only have 50 ! And they say nothing on the site of the hotel ! They say it is a problem with the beach administrator but i don’t believe it because the other private beach from another hotel is normal. So, everybody runs in the morning to catch an umbrella and a good spot. Some people go first thing in the morning with their own cars, others walk for 2,5 km… THE BUS is dirty, old and crowded! The program start only at 9 o’clock, even if the breakfast starts at 7.30, and everybody is trying to catch it ! The have also a microbus to carry all the people to the beach All the drivers are rude ! The pool is not big enough for 200 rooms, it is almost impossible to catch a place The animation is ok but the music is too loud and ends too late in the night, even at 23.16 o’clock… Even if the majority guests are Romanians there is NO single one TV program in Romanian, only German…i don ‘t understand why…not even Eurosport or some news program in English or Romanian… The internet is very poor, hundreds of guests and a poor wifi…i couldn’t use it during the day So, 2 stars for the beach, the bus, the pool, some of the people 0 stars for Golden Sands which is beyond dirty, is filthy!!!!!! And Romanians, even if they are 90% of the resorts guests, are, from my point of view, badly treated…yes, indeed, some of them are rude and they don’t know how to behave… 5 stars for the hotel cleaning, the rooms, the lady who clean our room 10 stars, the food, the cooks, animation team and the young people from the restaurant, bars, the cleaning staff around the terrace For my family it was the last time in Bulgaria and the last time at Viva…

I was very disappointed of the services received. I was here with few years ago and everything was perfect, and now the raport between quality and price is nor relevant. The worst holiday on the Bulgarian seaside. Very dirty, poor offer at the bar. About the food quality, you can check the picture.

First of all I want to thank the animation team for keeping us all entertained..There is no way you get bored with all the activities like zumba, water gymnastics, water polo, darts and many more. In the evenings there is mini disco for all the children and after that there is an evening entertainment program which can be either a live show, games or a dance party. It was by far the greatest vacation I went to in Bulgaria, all without leaving the hotel. Second, the food is delicious! They have themed dinners, including asian or italian cuisine and very tasty desserts. The staff is very friendly, always ready to help with information. There are hand sanitizers and masks at the restaurant, however not many people keep the mask on for too long (it’s not the hotel’s fault in my opinion, everyone should be responsible for this). I definitely recommend this hotel and I will come back to it everytime I want to go to Bulgaria!

Jak na 4 gwiazdki hotel fajny, nowocześnie urządzony, pokoje przytulne, codziennie sprzątane, w lodówce dwa piwa i dwa soczki pomarańczowe, oprócz tego w pokoju woda, małe chipsy i batonik - codziennie uzupełniane. Zamiast czajnika ekspres do kawy na kapsułki, herbaty nie udało się zrobić 🥲 Łazienka mała, ale za to duży prysznic. Jedyny minus to bardzo mały telewizor, bez tv satelitarnej, bez smarta, kilka kanałów tureckich?, niemieckich? Klimatyzacja w pokoju działała bez zarzutu. Śniadania bardzo smaczne, kontynentalne, kilka potraw regionalnych, każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie, jak dla mnie trochę mało owoców(pomarańcza, morela, śliwki, jabłka, winogrona) i warzyw(oliwki, papryczki, pomidory, ogórki) jak na kraj o dość ciepłym lecie. Obiady i kolacje podobnie - zawsze była pizza i frytki, makarony ale też kilka dań mięsnych i wege się zmieniało zależnie od tematyki kolacji. Dużo owoców morza, warzywa i owoce te same co na śniadanie. Oprócz tego ciasta które pięknie wyglądają ale niestety niejadalne (a nie jesteśmy wybredni). Ale zawsze można było zjeść lody :) Fajny bar na plaży, nie trzeba było wracać do hotelu na obiad bo zawsze coś można było przegryźć - frytki, pizza, warzywa, owoce, lody, makaron, jakieś mięsko, oprócz tego piwo, ciepłe i zimne napoje. W lobby barze super drinki - mohito, tequila sunrise, pinacolada i wiele innych powszechnie znanych :) Z hotelu na plażę hotelową 35 min drogi piechotą ale jeździ busik mniej więcej co godzinę, mimo to fajnie się przejść promenadą, nie jest to uciążliwe. Jak ktoś planuje pływać w basenie to ma czas do 18, jednak popoludniu na basenie jest już wszędzie cień i robi się chłodno. W czasie mojego pobytu - pierwszy tydzień września- basen zimny, kąpały się pojedyncze osoby. Dla gości którzy zatrzymują się minimum 7 dni hotel daje w gratisie godzinę w spa i jacuzzi - tylko trzeba zarezerwować w recepcji. Niestety strefa relaksu w hotelu wymaga generalnego remontu, na ścianach i suficie grzyb, śmierdzi wilgocią. Obsługa niezbyt miła - jak się z nimi przywitasz to odpowiedzą, jak ty się usmiechniesz to i oni się uśmiechną, ale nigdy pierwsi. Hotel raczej nastawiony na gości z Niemiec. Mimo to wakacje udane :)

Отдыхали с дочкой в этом отеле уже не в первый раз.Точнее третий..Скажу честно в предыдущие годы отель нравился больше. Номер фонд поизносился. Ремонт тоже. Но в целом для бюджетного отдыха вполне походит. У отеля есть часть собственного пляжа с баром, туалетом,душем. Это не маловажно в Болгарии. До пляжа курсирует отельный шатл по расписанию. Питание не плохое. Хороший кофе. Алкогольные и безалкогольные напитки нормального качества.Мини бар в номере. Интернет.Хорошее расположение.Русскоговорящих туристов в отеле почти нет.

Wir waren jetzt schon zum zweiten Mal in diesem Hotel und wir würden auch noch ein drittes Mal hin fliegen. Hier stimmt das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Die Zimmer waren sauber, die Mini Bar wurde täglich aufgefüllt, tgl. frische Handtücher und auch Strandtücher (was nicht sein müsste), Shuttle zum Strand war immer pünktlich (wenn man gut zu Fuß ist, kann man den Weg auch mal laufen) sehr toller Service, das Buffet war immer liebevoll angerichtet und man hat genug Auswahl gehabt. Das al la Carte Restaurant war sehr sehr gut, die Animation war kreativ und man hat gesehen, dass sie Spaß hatten. Hervorzuheben ist unser Seven von der Strandbar, er hat mit seiner immer guten Laune dazu beigetragen, dass unser Urlaub noch schöner war. Wir empfehlen das Hotel jeden weiter... und die paar Treppen zur Promenade nimmt man gerne im Kauf, dafür hat man es dann nachts auch ruhiger.
