Way too many people. Staff can’t keep up. There’s not enough tables, forks, knives, glasses or spoons for people. So you’ll have to wait for a table. Towels either have spots or are dirty. They also don’t give you new toilet paper, you’ll have to ask for it. The pool isn’t very clean. There’s sand in it. There’s also broken glass on the stairs in the pool. The food is tasty. But I could’ve made the same by getting all the ingredients at the super market. There’s no signs on what you’re eating. Not very easy when you have allergies. The hotel room has been good. But they sometimes just don’t wanna clean it, even though you put the sign up, saying that you want the room cleaned. The service is nonexistent. Also a big shoutout to the bartender that didn’t want to make the correct drink and then didn’t want me to give me the correct one after messing up my order…

The staff is kind, but if they don’t understand you, they’ll just be quiet and not answer. There are so many people, that the staff can’t keep up with the amount. So you will risk not being able to have a place to sit when they serve breakfast, lunch and dinner. Besides you waiting, you most likely won’t be able to find forks, knives or glasses. There’s supposed to be a quiet area with a pool, but it’s nowhere to be found.

in hotels, this is a hellish mess..don't go there, get bacteria...I'm attaching pictures...especially the bathrooms are a disaster..... ..I'll show you what I was doing at night, looking for goons...like venepuncture on myself bed....evidence

Reception very helpful. Bar staff were very rude until bar manager Daniel stepped in after that no complaints. Entertainment team fantastic. Daiquiri bar men very rude and never smiled bar empty the whole of our stay sadly or this would have been a great bar to plot up in. Food ok Im a fussy eater and found something everyday. Be very careful when changing money at the hotel, the lady behind the counter never gave me the correct money once, then accused my 79 year old mum of taking more money off her than she should have, came out really shouting saying I gave you more money you need to give it back (basically calling her a thief) hotel manager very good soon came straight back and apologized on behalf of the hotel. Rooms basic but good enough. 10 minute walk to town.

The worst experience at this hotel in Bulgaria, I came for Easter with my family and they said that they have an indoor pool and parking and that everything is OK. it didn't work, it wasn't hot water, dirty plates, very little food at all in the conditions when the hotel was full, the very rude staff don't speak English, they scream at you and swear at their language. When we went to get our car after 2 days when we were parked, I found that it was scratched and hit. came in front of the hotel, and when he saw us he jumped into the fight and hit my wife as well. I called the police, they asked us what happened without giving any statement, and the hotel manager did not guarantee us that we will be safe They had a car, they didn't have surveillance cameras in front of the hotel. I called Booking, told them what had happened and they said they were calling the property and called us back immediately, and after an hour we called again, and they told us to wait for a quick offer from the property. that we have decided to stay another night! We will return in detail!

I stayed in the late of April, in a double sea view room. Location clean, nice staff, relative close to the center. The food was good, in the room was cold, also the water was cold in the inner pool. The worst part was the parking, very small. The beautifull weather saved the situation in the end.

Stay end od July 2022, family 2+1 We rate the hotel standard only 3* , the hotel remembers the times of Teodor Żiwkow (communist times). Hotel exclusively for young people as a starting point in golden sands, not for families with children. Positives: - location (close to the beach, 5 minutes by walk) - friendly and helpful Reception and restaurant service - Reception with good english - room comfortable Negatives: - in the Daiquiri bar (next to the street) from 8:00 p.m. to 2:00 a.m. the music is played very loud (you can hear rumbling even with the balcony closed). Loud music good on the beach but not under the hotel's balconies. - air conditioning in main restaurant not working, making it very warm and smelling - service in the restaurant very hardworking but the hotel owner should hire more staff anyway - lack of hotel service around the pools (to keep an eye on drunk hotel guests, especially Germans peeing in the pool) - smoking cigarettes in the entire facility outside (at the tables and on the pool loungers) is unacceptable, smoking rooms should be designated - there should be a separate mineral water dispenser in the restaurant (not all drink water mixed with some other juice residues) - rooms not cleaned thoroughly, - according to the cleaning room's lady, only 1 roll of toilet paper per day, because of "economy"... keep your fingers crossed that you do not get diarrhea

Самый ужасный отдых в моей жизни.Отель на четыре звезды никак не тянет.Номер маленький, кондиционер не давал холод вообще, малюсенький холодильник тоже.Душевая кобинка протекала,после душа вся ванная комната в воде.Швабры в номере не было,пришлось вытирать своим полотенцем.Унитаз тоже протекал,из за этого запах канализации,дверь в туалет открытой нельзя было оставлять.В номере убрали один раз за восемь дней,постель и полотенца не поменяли ни разу.Сначала дали номер у бассейна,но там было так шумно и пахло хлоркой,что мы попросили поменять номер.Везде всё грязное.Персонал ,как на каторге,недовольный и всем своим видом показывает ,как им всё надоело.Бассейны красивые ,лежаки все заняты с утра.Запах у бассейна ужасный с очистных.Еды вроде много в ресторане,но большая часть еды не вкусная.Ребёнок подхватил энтерит через два дня.Может в бассейне,может от воды с автоматов, наверное она нефильтрованная.Я после ужина сразу почувствовала себя плохо и два дня пролежала с сильным отравлением.После этого ели и пили только с супермаркета напротив.Кстати, персонал тоже покупал напитки в бутылках в магазине для себя.Это о чём то говорит.До этого отдыхали в отеле две звёзды,отель и питание были в разы достойней.Очень расстроена,отдых был испорчен.По приезду домой почитала отзывы.Оказывается проблемы с кондиционером почти в каждом отзыве.Многие тоже переболели кишечной палочкой.Не советую этот отель.

Sam hotel moim zdaniem w porządku, pokoje przeciętne w standardzie trzech gwiazdek, jedzenie w porządku, ale spotkaliśmy się z nieprzyjemną sytuacją, która zdarzyła mi się pierwszy raz w życiu. Panie sprzątaczki „sprzątały” codziennie sprzątnie wyglądało tak ze dały nowe ręczniki przetarły w pokoju lekko podłogę i nic więcej łazienka nie ruszona. Kiedy raz panie do nas przyszły kiedy byliśmy w pokoju wyszliśmy na balkon aby miały swobodę w sprzątaniu, na szafce nocnej mój chłopak zostawił monety i portfel ponieważ zapomniał o nim ale nie pomyślelibyśmy że Pani która sprząta mogłaby coś ukraść, a jednak Pani sprzątająca (niziutka czarna z długimi włosami) zawołała mnie do pokoju i zapytała czy mogłaby wziąć monety które leżały na szafce ja powiedziałam ze nie i chciałam jej dać czekoladki ona powiedziała ze nie chce i wyszła. Kiedy wyszła zobaczyliśmy ze w portfelu brakuje pieniędzy 60 lwów. Nie możliwa jest inna sytuacja niż kradzież. Dzień wcześniej o 16 robiliśmy zdjęcia pieniędzy na pamiątkę i nie wychodziliśmy już na zakupy do końca dnia tylko zeszliśmy na kolacje i to tez również bez pieniędzy. Rano również tylko śniadanie i basen więc gdzie mielibyśmy je wydać. Oczywiście poszliśmy do recepcji oni mówią ze to niemożliwe nawet nie zapytali która sprzątaczka, rozumiem ze tego nie da się już udowodnić bo nie było nas w pokoju wtedy tylko na balkonie byliśmy ale zeby nawet nie zapytać która to osoba ani nic? Powiedzieliśmy ze chcemy aby nikomu tak więcej nie zrobiła i ze tylko na tym nam zależy a oni dalej nic mówili ze to niemożliwe „szefowa” nawet po angielsku nie umiała rozmawiać tylko na tłumaczu pokazała ze nie odpowiada za pieniądze pozostawione poza sejfem i ze niemożliwa jest kradzież. No cóż kto wie czy nic więcej nie ukradła kiedy nas w tym pokoju nie było. Sprzątaczka oczywiście wypierała się krzycząc na nas po bułgarsku kiedy nic nie rozumieliśmy momentami myślałam ze mnie uderzy. Bardzo przykra sytuacja dla nas i pierwszy raz się z takim czymś spotkałam. Uważajcie będąc tam i chowajcie wszystko co cenne.
