The hotel is located in a very suitable position. Staff from the booking department are terrible. You need to wait at the dining area for more than 15 minutes to be cross checked with the booking department before you can go in for a meal. The reception is useless and totally dependent on the booking department. There is lack of flexibility even for guests that are regular. Food is always the same. The conference rooms are on the groundfloor with lack of air and no windows. The water served in the conference room is always of room temperature, even during the hot weather. Piece of advice, dont go to this hotel. Not worth at all for organzing any event, because your reputation as organizer will be lost conpletely

Good, clean and comfortable hotel. Well appointed with plenty of seating and sun loungers. Buffet was plentiful with a good selection but although vegetables and salads were excellent, fish and meat was consistently overcooked. Odd not to have bathroom facilities on the ground floor where the restaurant, bar and reception are situated. A lot more information needs to be given about which bars were included in the all inclusive package and which were not. Similarly information about a la carte restaurants was not given.

Amazing hotel. Great value for money. Tasty food and drinks. Nice and clean rooms with great sea view. If you are looking for beach holiday, it's a good choice.

overpriced…. bad service from everyone who works there .. the reception is staffed with arrogant people. at the pool and on the beach also arrogant people. there is no water in the room. the food sometimes bad. wifi not working. the staff lie and they do not keep the agreement. no one recommends this hotel. There were a lot of us who were there, never to return…

Too much noise during meals,restaurant crowded.Gym is not only too small,but more tjan half of equipment isnt working.

Awesome weekend. The staff was so nice and knowledgeable, helping with directions to vacation interests. The breakfasts were beautiful and so delicious. Lots of food. Sure didn’t walk away hungry. Such a relaxing stay and plan on going back. Thanks to the cheff Mr.Erdogan for all the delicious meals and all the staf they really make our stay awesome!!!

Davut and Özenç are amazing in the restaurant very helpful and good to talk to especially as they are learning English this meet there needs of the job that they have been given the manager should be very proud of the staff that he has

The hotel offers abundant and quality food and clean rooms, but the reception staff lacks training on how to communicate with the client. The waiters are hospitable. The lack of cleanliness in the swimming pool.

Advertised as a 5star but definitely isn't. Restaurant food is awful slop. Chips constantly cold, same salads over and over again. Food in bain maries alway cold too. Using plastic cups in the restaurant and constantly running out of wine glasses. Restaurant seating on 5 different levels with a dangerous drop on the main stairs. No ice cream to be had whatsoever. All inc means meals and drinks only, no snacks. Constant baby cots left in corridors overnight and beyond. Rooms are basic and no balcony furniture so you pay a premium for a sea view that you cant enjoy because you have no balcony furniture. It is a poor show of a hotel, Ive stayed in hotels all round the world and this is not 5star
