Good hotel with close distance to outlet. Great onsen bath and magnificent Fuji Mountain view across all hotel corners. Will definitely come to stay there again.

We like the Mount Fuji view room. The public hot spring is nice and you can see Mount Fuji view for outdoor hot spring. Hotel is beside the Gotemba Premium Outlet. Free car park provided. Kids friendly as top up the price for kid stay. They provided kids amenities and hot spring cloths.

The hotal is big beautiful and clean, the facilities are good and new, the staffs are very kind and helpful. The location is near the premium outlet but a bit hard to go after 6:30pm.

We had chosen this hotel as we wanted to be able to load off our shopping spree from the Gotemba Premium Outlet stores and it was indeed a good choice. All the shops including restaurants closed at 7pm and we went to the hotel for dinner as the only choice available. Perfect spot for you to see the Mount Fuji. Their hotel lobby gives a good view without having to travel further to see Mount Fuji. Clean and rather spacious room.

Great hotel with a stunning Fuji view at the lobby. Great interior design. Location was perfect for our itinerary. The only thing to pin-point is the policy of the hotel which doesn’t allow the receptionist to speak for the guest while calling to some local shops, who doesn’t speak English at all. They are only allowed to make the phone call for you, which I was feeling a bit helpless as the reason i was asking for help is because I could not communicate with the restaurant regarding my booking. But my overall stay with Clad Hotel was pleasant, will recommend to others!

100% RECOMMENDED! Wake up in the morning to the view of Mt Fuji! The only hotel in Gotemba Premium outlets! Shuttle bus and other buses station is in the vicinity of the hotel. Night wear and slippers look-alike Crocs sandals are provided. Excellent!

Short walk to Gotemba outlet. We booked private onsen through the help of a friend as booking could only be done in Japanese when calling in prior to our trip. Room is considerably small and we didn't managed to see Mt fuji as it had been raining the whole day. Lucky enough, we chanced upon 10 mins fireworks specially for the outlet staff that night. Dinner in the restaurant was reasonably priced. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and will visit again.

Great location for shopping at the outlets! Staff were quite fluent in English. Hotspring was small but sufficient. Wish they had a gym room. Mostly roads with traffic around the hotel, hard to find decent place to run .
