Clean, tidy and reasonably comfortable. For the price we paid and for what we needed, a bed and shower, it was perfect.

It’s really smell so bad and the flooring is the most dirty.. everything you touch and get smell of strange..

It was great for the price and I can see they are still in the processes of renovating it (: love the big shower space with the large shower head with fantastic water pressure!!

Room was dirty, musty mouldy stunk of urine, there was a cigarette butt under one bed a dirty sock under another, there was rodent activity on the bench near the kettle, there was drawings on the walls, the walls were patchy with plaster, the bathroom there was a constant drip from the room above. Did not feel sanitary safe or secure there at all

Very tired looking with the ability to look unclean even if it had been cleaned. Dark and dingy.

Worst place I have ever stayed. Mould everywhere in the bathroom, it smells like its been locked up for months, bedding was stained, the noise from upstairs kept us awake all night. Would have preferred to sleep in a bus stop. Will never go back there. The place should be condemned until properly cleaned

Dirty, terrible smell in the room and mould in the shower and on the shower curtain. The whole room needed a good clean including the curtains which were closed with pegs. After driving for 20 hours and getting in late we were gone by 5am next day due to smell.
