Very nice and peacefull place, staff always ready to help. Just a very few people here speak English as the hotel mostly focuses on Russian clients. We enjoyed clean rooms as well as gorgeous beach and warm sea. The meal is just fine, we think about returning to this place next year.

Very nice environment, food at a high level, perfect service, very educated staff. Try the special cocktails in all the bars. Alacarte restaurants and programs for children and adults are complete. The services on the beach and the games that they organize are in high level

Perfect stuff the hotel area is good . Food is perfect.wh have experienced great holiday here.the hotels location is perfect.You can see mountains and see .When I go to pavilion the stuff was friendly.Barmens and guest relation.i recommend everyone.

Very nice experience and service even the waiters and employees very helpful and kind we love u so much and we love turkey and we love u 🥰 everything is more the. Perfect i wish i can mention all name of employees but thanks for all u made my vacation wich i will never forget

Great hotel with any little flaws. The Personal is always nice and friendly. The waiting time for drinks is a little bit difficult but its ok. The meals are very nice and your have always the chance to eat something. All in all it was a great experience.

I recommend the bar Tander Okan and nurallah they are very helpful especially when u order the NO NAME drink just ask for it its very fresh , the team were great especially the night shift reception bar, and the reception i highly recommend this hotel for ppl wants to rest.

We visited this Hotel in start of the August. Receptionist has been very welcoming, as we come bit earlier then they expect guests to arrive they told us we can use facilities till they make up our room(which was ready by 13:30). It’s a good green hotel surrounded by sea and mountains as famous Kemer views.. We really liked a view. It was a super hot week, where sun could reach 36 degrees, so we took full advantage of sea with its 27 degrees temperature. Room is clean and well maintained. Downside is a facilities allocation. U do have two pools which are bit faraway from main bar and toilets. So as toilets are far imagine who is bothering to got and to they nature action when u have a pool… Snack bar well u need have two both are in house so u can’t get the food out u need to wait till they will bring you to allocated table in house. So if u want quick snack or your kids want a French fries u need to be fully dried. Food in restaurant is average, dinner or lunch is a same… I would give a food probably 2/5, as we found a stone in a one of the dishes. Bartenders are good. Although I could not judge about the cocktail making skills as wife preferred either wine or aperol. I think they main problem is allocation of facilities and food.
