Paloma Foresta

We are just back from 10 nights at Paloma Foresta at the end of June 2024 and had a fantastic time. We would definitely book again. If you are reading this, you will probably have read some of the other reviews, so let me dispel a few myths first: The Beach - yes, it is not all fine sand. However, once you get past the bigger rocks by the waterline, the sea bad is sandy and not rocky. However, be smarter and enter the water by the ladders on one of the jetties. No uncomfortable stones! But do try the beach, in June the water was lovely - really warm. The cats - yes, there are cats around, but they are well looked after (lots of water left for them) and they didn't bother us at all, unless we wanted them to. If you are bothered by them you'll find it easy to get away from them. The spa - yes, they do try to quite aggressively and frequently promote the spa (though in a friendly way), and especially to get you to visit early. We actually decided to go late on in our trip and could get an appointment the very next day. We didn't bother trying to haggle (though I dare say we could have saved £5 or £10. However, compared to UK prices, it was actually very good value. The package was a steam room, Turkish bath (where they scrub and wash you!), massage tailored to your needs, and a facial. They did try to upsell a further package of massages to 'cure the problem' which to be fair, we probably do need and would have helped but it was already our last day. The actually massages were very good. They know what they are doing. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. The food was excellent, service top class and though not all the resort was open, no queuing for drinks or tables. Book speciality restaurants as soon as you can. We arrived early Saturday morning and the first booking we could get was for Wednesday. The best was Seasons. Brilliant food and beautifully presented. Safran is classic Turkish, so great for some authenticity - but portions are huge! Ada was the coolest setting. Right be the water and a fish menu, all excellently cooked and presented. We didn't bother with the paid ones, and never even saw where the steak one even was! The buffet was good, though the wine service could be a bit forgetful at times, though the staff were busy turning tables and trying to keep everyone served. They salads especially are brilliant. There is a section of mains that changes every day on a theme with several new dishes, but most of thee rest was relatively similar, However, there was so much choice it wasn't a problem and we didn't get bored at all. The bars all serve the same drinks, though in slightly different ways, and their quality is excellent. Apart from the wine, which was quite mediocre but drinkable enough. It would be good to have some more low sugar options for mixers. The app can be used to order drinks in some of the bars which can be useful. Overall, we found the resort to be fantastic!. In particular, we enjoyed the gardens, many restaurants, bars and helpful staff. The beach location and children’s club and entertainment are of particular note. However, we found that the room we were initially allocated to be well below the standards expected of a five star hotel, particularly one that holds itself out as offering luxurious, decadent rooms. We raised this with the hotel reception a few days in and were allocated another room far more in-keeping with what was advertised (and we had paid for).

Villa is spacious and the air con is cool. Drinks and food are excellent. Lots of entertainment. Mulat and the staff are very nice. Lots of selection for food. Very clean beaches and pools. Slides are fast and fun. The beach is great and has lots of sun beds with a pier.

Completely honest review.. To start we arrived at the hotel late around 11pm and were welcomed by a gentlemen taking out bags up to the room however the host did not tell us anything on late night buffet food we had to work it out ourselves just thought arriving late you’d be told more. The hotel it self is lovely, our room was nice balcony was tiny however we were told By guest we’d met that this was pretty standard so cannot complain about that the fridge was always full and bed always made but the floors and the general cleanliness wasn’t 10/10. Food was nice, a little repetitive but we’d expect that from an all inclusive buffet. We paid for the steak restaurant which was well worth the money and great service however we were not as keen on the Lotus restaurant nor the Italian which came cold and service took a very long time.. I was being bitten so asked to move inside which they said I couldn’t which was a little disappointing. Pool bar staff were very friendly drinks were great and overall the pool area was lovely clean and we were there every day. Spa staff were a little pushy which we found abit too much when we came for a relaxing trip due to the stresses at home and he even mentioned his commission which made us feel bad but overall you can’t help them trying to make a living but we just did not want to do it this time. The BESTTTTT part of our trip were the entertainment/animation team!!!!!!! Particularly CHIBA and BATMAN both of them were friendly always smiling always getting us involved in activities and always being extremely helpful they both made our trip and I can honestly say they need to be rewarded for their hard work. Overall we would come back to Paloma Foresta in the future it was a nice resort and I would recormmend it. Many thanks again to CHIBA & BATMAN From Saff and Katie.

We stayed at this hotel for 6 nights, myself, my 16 year old daughters and her best friend. Holiday was booked through Tui. I’ll start with the good Staff are lovely, barman Mustafa did me a great iced coffee every morning and the best pina coladas at the main pool bar. The grounds are kept immaculate The not so great Flights with Sunexpress …. Not this hotels fault but you don’t get the inflight service as you would expect with Tui. Buy food before you go. Cabin crew are lovely but there’s no duty free and a much more paired down selection of food and drink. The restaurants. We ate in the main one and had 2 a la cartes. Most of the time we got a table fairly quickly, if you found one dirty just ask someone and they will clear it. If we needed water and didn’t want to wait we just helped ourselves to glasses and water. No big deal. The salads were lovely not we did find the food was only lukewarm no matter how quickly you got to it. I know people say lids are taken off but we had pasta that was freshly cooked and by the time we sat down to eat it was cold. The safeon restaurant was nice. The seasons was mostly ok apart from the steak meal was awful. The sofa beds are rock hard. If you JA w a family room book one with 2 beds in instead of having sofa beds made up. The beach, it is not as advertised on the Tui website!!! If they had said brown dirt like sand, absolutely fine. I know it’s at the base of the mountain but show pictures of what it actually looks like. If your wanting a beach holiday then you probably wpuld t choose to go here. The bad…… This hotel is being advertised as 5 start platinum Tui, it’s not. I think it very much depends on what room style you are in and if you’re in the main hotel then you will probably be ok. We had a garden room villa. Initially looked ok but on entering it stank of drains in the bathroom. When we started to use the sink we noticed water on the floor, then more and within no time we had a huge flood. Had the plumber out at 2am and then the cleaning we yo clean up all the mess so finally got to bed at 3 am. Next morning we had issues with the toilet so asked for a room change. Due to the sofa beds being so uncomfortable I asked for a room in the main hotel but they said they were fully booked for the whole week. We ended up in an upstairs garden room which at least didn’t smell. I was contacted by guest relations the following day and asked to speak to them. They at least apologised, the guy on reception didn’t. They also said they could t move us to any better rooms or anywhere else in the hotel at all as completely full that week. I then saw a post on Facebook of a lady that was upgraded from her 2 separate rooms to a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom villa!!! They booked us into an a la carte that was apparently full, it wasn’t as a good will gesture. Would t waive the cost of the paid one. So really no compensation from them at all for having a crappy room, disrupted first night, flooding, u

Kids club and the staff here made the holiday for our little one so much fun. Different activities each day (making cookies, face painting etc). The staff were fantastic, always friendly and engaging with the kids (and their parents). Our 2 year old loved it. The location is beautiful, stunning mountains behind it and on a blue flag beach. The hotel is very clean and tidy. The entertainment for kids and adults is varied and fun. The mini disco is brilliant (but a bit too loud-over the 85db safe limit for kids). There was no shaded area at the pool for young kids or babies and when the hotel got fully booked half way through our holiday, we couldn’t get sunbeds so we couldn’t go to the pool until after 3pm. There was a 75€ charge for the sun huts on the beach which was a bit disappointing in a 5* all inclusive hotel.

First time here and what can I say an amazing hotel Very well cleaned very well presented staff are exceptional and friendly Massive shout out to Chiba the assistant entertainment manager always goes above and beyond to make your days great Highly highly recommended hotel to go to Thanks guys for an amazing holiday ❤️

Really good food, especially Locust, great entertainment team (especially Bilge, Çağla and Murat) and had activities to do every day like water polo, volleyball and darts. Loved every minute of it, the only issue is we only stayed for a week!! Should’ve stayed longer.

We were pleasantly surprised when we got an upgrade just two minutes after we arrived. Me and my friends got driven to our villa and were surprised with a bottle of wine and some flowers. We spend our time mainly in the pool and in our room (because of the heat). The pool area isn’t the largest but it gets the job done. The bar at the center is very helpful for hydration. The staff is very friendly so kudos to them. I must say I’m the most surprised by the animation team, especially Bilge & Murat. They take their time to play darts with me, even I’m the only participant. We got entertained with great activities and shows throughout the day. The food here is good but not great. It’s a personal opinion but it just doesn’t satisfy me. The patisserie in the afternoon is a great addition for everyone with a sweet tooth. In general the staff is very kind and helpful, but the spa-crew can be a bit annoying if they keep asking if we want a massage even tho our answer is clearly a no.. This hotel was a great place and we definitely had a good time here. And my friend did love the wild cats who lives on the domain
