Приветливый персонал.Безумно вкусная еда,но видео что отель подустал!В комнате сломан холодильник,держатель для душа отломан,простынь с кровавым пятном . Бассейн пахнет сильно хлором.Места для шезлонгов не хватает на всех отдыхающих!Алкоголь как вода,после пяти коктейлей такое ощущение что пил воду . Девушка аниматор по вечерам одевалась в вызывающие платья без лифчика ,с полу открытой задницей ,в отеле 80% детей ! Для одного раз отель сойдёт ,не более чем!

Since the day we arrived we’ve experienced nothing but hassle and the hotel staff couldn’t care less. The rooms are tiny and beyond basic, no tea or coffee making facilities, the showers have no water coming out of them if you want to shower between 5 and 7pm, and if there is any water coming out it is freezing cold, the air con doesn’t work and this seems to be in all rooms not just ours from speaking with other guests. We have travelled with a 5 year old and a 5 month old, the staff brought a travel cot after we advised we had asked for a cot in our room, this is broken and initially was brought with a duvet folded at the bottom instead of a mattress, I had to use google translate to explain this is very dangerous for a baby of 5 months to sleep on in terms of the risk of suffocation so eventually a mattress was brought to the room for us to use in the broken travel cot. I requested a kettle to boil bottled water for my 5 month old as he is still solely bottle fed, I had to ask 3-4 times a day for bottled water to be brought to the room, it never arrived, I have resorted to just helping myself to the cleaners trolley to ensure my baby has enough safe water to be fed with. Our room is often missed by the cleaner so I have also resorted to helping my self to clean towels and a brush to sweep the floors. I am wondering if I will get paid for my services at the end of my 2 week stay. Some of the staff are unwelcoming and rude, one of the restaurant managers has written ‘leave me alone’ on her socks. There are some lovely staff though who have made our stay slightly more bearable- cilla and huseyn to name two of them. The hotel is still under renovation, there was still a lot of things not open when we arrived and now it is busy- dinner is like being at a cattle farm, everyone pushing and diving for tables, the staff don’t help with seating, it is a free for all and we have been eating out as we find the experience stressful. The A la carte restaurants are an additional cost, not included in the all inclusive price, we complained about this not being stated on the website when we booked as this is something we’ve never experienced in all the years we have been holidaying with tui, following this the concierge manager sent us a note to our room inviting us to book the a la carte, we booked a table and thought it was nice they were trying to make an effort to correct what had been wrong for us, only to find out we still had to pay. We were once again left disappointed. The wifi is terrible. There is only ice cream available between 2 and 4 and this is on certain days only, some days only ice lollys are on offer and it is only available at the water slides, no ice cream is served in the evenings and dinner doesn’t start until 7 which is not the best with 2 young children. Also dinner finishes at 9 but things do not get replenished after half 8 so everyone rushes in at 7 as things run out such as deserts- hence the crazy rush. Everywhere looks like it

Beware when going to this hotel as the renovations have not finished. Half the hotel is still being worked on. Myself and my family arrived on 14 May only to find that 99% of the hotel was still closed/being worked on. Workmen walking around the hotel, drilling and banging etc when you’re trying to eat breakfast, sunbathe and eat dinner. The hotel is very dusty because of this. Food isn’t great, breakfast is the best meal. Evening entertainment is basically non existent, the same singers and Dj because the entertainment area isn’t finished (or wasn’t finished when we left on May 24th). The shower is useless, I washed my hair twice in 10 days because the water would trickle out, always cold aswell. The air con isn’t great. The lifts would always break down. We were there for 10 days and only had daytime activities for one day before we left to come home. We were very bored! There was only one member of the entertainment team, Kivanc, he was brilliant. What I will say is, I can see their vision in the renovations, but they shouldn’t be allowing people to stay if it’s not finished. We had no hotel shops, no spa, no aqua park, no snack bars, no entertainment for the majority of our stay!!! The hotel staff are friendly though! For my stay, I wouldn’t rate the hotel a 4* but I can see the hotel being very nice when it’s finished. It’s a shame because we were exited to go there given previous reviews but they really haven’t helped themselves here!

Fantastic hotel, very friendly staff with great selection of tasty food. The Turkish bath Spa was the most relaxing massage I have ever experienced. I even decided to take my 10yr son for the massage and I have never seen him so chilled. He asked that we do it again. The location of the hotel is perfect and the area is extremely safe

This place is absolutely appalling it is definitely not a 4* hotel I’d give it a 2 at most, first room was not fit for 4 people crammed a camp bed in and put rest of furniture on the balcony the bathroom was so dirty and had mould growing on the toilet and walls. Upgraded the room £503 told me they didn’t have a card machine and only accepted cash. New room air con doesn’t work and no hot water wasted 2 days of my holiday waiting for tui rep, he is lovely got my cash back and I could pay on card however the air con is still not sorted despite maintenance coming to room to fix a door lol although we told them it is the air con still insisting it’s the door (which isn’t the case) half the hotel is closed as the renovation are not completed. Mini bar is not a mini bar it is a fridge which isn’t even stocked with water after the first day rooms are not cleaned only bathroom, evening entertainment is appalling only singers or bingo no shows, there is no day time activities the beach bar is not open either as renovation still not completed. Don’t be fooled by the picture on tui website as half of water sides and stage have been removed from the hotel. The food is the same every day recycled from the day before. I have contacted tui this evening to get a flight home or move me to a different hotel haven’t heard anything back, I’m am disgusted with tui and will never ever booked a holiday through them again.

We are here now. Very disappointing. Wifi is virtually none existent. The work is not finished. They're still working in our block. The water trickles out of the shower. I told reception said it would be fixed. Still waiting. Food is nice but keeps running out. The food area isn't big enough for the amount of people here and it's nowhere near full. Wait till half term. Can't get in touch with easyjet. You can email and they'll get back within 28 days. Some use that is. Won't be using them again. The staff are wonderful and friendly. They work extremely hard. But obviously not enough. I'd rate it 2 star at the moment. Definitely not 4 star.

This hotel is currently closed for refurbishment. We were not informed of this before travelling, and didn’t find out until arriving at the wrong hotel. Please read my review of our terrible experience on arrival below. It deeply saddens me to recount the significant challenges my family and I faced with TUI/FIRST CHOICE during what was supposed to be a memorable holiday. Upon our arrival, we were confronted with a series of distressing miscommunications and mishaps that left us feeling stranded and utterly disheartened. After enduring an hour-long wait to retrieve our baggage, we encountered immense difficulty in finding the designated transfer bus, as we received conflicting information from multiple TUI representatives. This confusion only exacerbated when the bus driver took us to the wrong hotel, causing an immense amount of stress and upset especially for the children and elderly in our group. When we eventually arrived at the Sherwood Exclusive hotel, contrary to the booked Greenwood Resort, our exhaustion turned to frustration. While the concierge at Sherwood Exclusive was understanding and accommodating, the situation had reached a point of mental and physical exhaustion for all of us. The lack of proper communication and organization from TUI/FIRST CHOICE was deeply disappointing and led to a severe dampening of our holiday spirits. Furthermore, the disregard for my brothers serious nut and egg allergy concerns is unacceptable and poses a serious risk to your well-being and safety. This negligence is alarming and adds further disappointment to an already troubling experience. Subsequently, receiving an app message from TUI/FIRST CHOICE 2 days after arriving suggesting that the original hotel we booked was not open upon our arrival, as well as the discovery of the hotel still being available for booking on their website, raises rightful concerns about the integrity of their operations. The emotional distress, uncertainty, and frustration we experienced, compounded by the lack of adherence to our allergy and safety preferences, have left a lasting impact. We felt unsupported and let down throughout the entirety of our experience. This experience has led me to make a formal complaint to TUI/FIRST CHOICE and to seek further recourse through the TUI after care team. It is my sincere hope that they will take your feedback seriously and work towards improving their services in the interest of future customers. I must express my disappointment with the level of service and care we received, and it pains me to say that I cannot in good conscience recommend TUI/FIRST CHOICE based on my experience. The lack of communication, disregard for our well-being, and the immense distress caused has left a lasting impact on us. I truly hope that my experience will serve as a catalyst for TUI/FIRST CHOICE to reevaluate and improve their processes and level of care for their customers moving forward.
