The Civic Motel is located in a Convenient CBD location. The rooms were pleasant & clean. The bathroom was good and the shower had good pressure. The reception Staff were friendly. The motel doesn’t have a lot of rooms so it was a fair bit quieter than some of the motels we had recently stayed in! If you have had a long day on the road, the Jacaranda Hotel is close and although looks a bit strange it had nice meals and Staff

The staff were really nice and obliging but the motel is out dated. It was as clean as you could possibly get an aged room. The heating was nice but far too loud. The pipes every time someone flushed the loo or had a shower were just as loud. The bed wasn't comfortable at all. For the price, I think there would be better options elsewhere.

Cheap & cheerful accommodations without synthetic fragrances on the quality bedding...such a relief. Single bedding still has slight residual fragrance as of April '23, byo if your kids are super sensitive. The staff were friendly and very considerate when I got the flu. Not fancy, but everything you need... fridge, toaster, hair dryer, AC, pool, TV, iron, complementary biscuits, tea, coffee, etc. Mattress was very firm, but surprisingly comfy for us, since we are used to soft. Lots of pillows, towels, face washers. Lovely service. Highly recommend.

The stay was wonderful and handy to everything I needed. The room was a bit smaller than I would have liked however was clean. Coles was extremely handy.

The property is old but doesn't feel like. It is very clean and was surprised when we went into the room. The rooms are freshly painted as well.

Incredibly helpful staff who were happy to help us multiple times during our stay. Room was clean and had all the appliances to make our stay comfortable (fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle). Great location near restaurants and shops.
