Super base camp for island travellers, huge apartments, very nice pool and pool bar area recommended

Hotel was clean, apartments are very spacious including balcony. All rooms are Seaview. Beds are comfi too. All receptionist are super cool and very helpful. Apartment could do with a little renovating. Apartment could do with an oven also around swimming pool could do with a little renovating as you can see like mould from the water on the edges of pool. I think dinner and breakfast for adult is too expensive. Overall I would visit again.

Todo perfecto lo único que destacaría a mejorar es la decoración del apartamento (cortinas y colchas) lo hacen anticuado y no lo es y el menaje de cocina es demasiado justo no había ni tijeras, ni un cazo....

Me encanta es la segunda vez que voy,los apartamento son bastante amplios,las instalaciones están muy bien aunque les haría falta hacer reformas ya q se ven un poco deteriorados ,en cuestión de limpieza y empleados son buenísimos,lo que no nos gustó fueron las formas en las que nos hablo una de las camareras del bar piscina,por todo lo demás volvería sin dudar

Ωραίο ξενοδοχείο για τα χρήματα, αλλά τίποτα φανταχτερό.

* ΘΕΤΙΚΟ: Μας έδωσαν ένα ανώτερο διαμέρισμα, το οποίο είπαν ότι ήταν το καλύτερο στο ξενοδοχείο. Υπέροχη πανοραμική θέα στη θάλασσα, να μπορείτε να δείτε μια όμορφη ανατολή. Τεράστιο σαλόνι με κουζίνα, πλήθος ντουλαπιών. Το ξενοδοχείο βρίσκεται σε μια αστικοποίηση χωρίς ιδιαίτερη έλξη και δεν υπάρχουν καλές παραλίες για να περπατήσετε. αλλά με το αυτοκίνητο μπορείτε να φτάσετε στο Maspalomas σε μόλις 10 λεπτά. Ο καθαρισμός ήταν σωστός και οι καθαριστές ήταν πολύ καλοί. * ΑΡΝΗΤΙΚΟ Ναι, το διαμέρισμα ήταν πολύ ωραίο... αλλά δεν ξέραμε ότι είχαμε επισκέπτες. Κατσαρίδες! Λίγα βγήκαν στη διάρκεια της παραμονής, μέσα από το μπάνιο, ανάμεσα στα συρτάρια της κουζίνας... Αρκετά αηδιαστικό, δόξα τω Θεώ δεν έχω ιδιαίτερη φοβία αλλά είναι πολύ δυσάρεστο σε κάθε περίπτωση. Υποθέτω ότι είναι το διαμέρισμα που βρίσκεται στο κάτω μέρος του συγκροτήματος, δίπλα στο γυμναστήριο και τον χώρο σκουπιδιών, προσελκύει περισσότερα σφάλματα. αλλά θα πρέπει να είναι προσεκτικοί με αυτό γιατί είναι ανθυγιεινό. Για τα υπόλοιπα, μου έλειψε λίγη περισσότερη διασκέδαση στο ξενοδοχείο (δραστηριότητες για ενήλικες, πράγματα για παιδιά, κλπ). Πολύ περιορισμένος χώρος στάθμευσης: στην υψηλή περίοδο, η στάθμευση όχι πλέον στο ξενοδοχείο αλλά σε ολόκληρη την αστικοποίηση μπορεί να είναι μια δοκιμασία.

We enjoyed our stay at bluebay, friendly staff both in the reseption, store, restaurant and housekeepers. We slept nice and tight. Loved to have a bathtub for our child! The outdoorareas is stunning, and both the pools have been clean and nice. A bit cold to take a swim in march but on the hottest days we went in! Things that could be improved or enlighten. - A playground for children would have been great, but TUI hotels does have one so it’s fine to take a walk downtown.

We had two weeks here over Christmas and New year. Nice quiet location in a less busy part of the island as we wanted. Beautiful sea and pool area views. Reception very helpful every request was met Javier and Maria are very helpful.Very polite and good English spoken.I requested a put up bed for my teenage son as he's a big lad and we had that set up in the living space which was so helpful and really good service thanks Blue Bay beach! The hotel rooms and balcony are massive so we had enough space. Lots of wardrobes space and plug sockets mirrors.Massive comfortable bed clean sheets.Celing fan and air con.Black out curtains.We stayed in 516 so had the sun from 830am to 730pm.BLISS ! Yes some of the decor/woodwork is dated but it's clean and cleaners come most days. One thing I'd say is if you have an issue more towels/soap/pillows, just ask politely and it's resolved! We had the international channels as extra which was OK the Internet not great all the time but its the same in other places on the canary islands. Lots of sun loungers clean and save for children pool table ping pong.I has my nails done with Rachel as the beauty spa very relaxing lovely lady great communication to book the appointment would reccomend. Immaculate Gardens very beautiful hotel. Pool bar serves drinks and snack food good quality. The hotel is a 10 minute walk from a square of decent restaurants.Bit more expensive than Maspalomas or Puerto Rico but still we ate well 3 people for about 60 euros each night with soft drinks.The resort is quiet with a rocky beach that can be dangerous if the tide is strong.Visit maspalomas or playa ingles for sandy beach near by.Beware of the nudist as Maspalomas if that's not your thing! Buses are good and cheap overall fab holiday weather was wonderful would reccomend this hotel for a peaceful break.We ate at the restaurant buffet only once at the hotel.It was over priced but decent enough.We would return to this hotel again.
