Had a very nice stay, lovely staff and nice Nicaraguan breakfast. Only downside for us was that the room was quite hot, also during night.

Nice staff, friendly English speaking owner, great breakfast, nice little yard, felt safe the place has a locked gate, only problem is the rooms are hot even with the fan, the only window is in the bathroom and there are no screens so you cannot open the windows and keep the l7ght on.

Amazing place, my recommendations!
Very nice hosts, friendly and helpful. Great breakfast. Very comfortable room (though missing AC, therefore too hot in May). Everything is very clean and well-maintained.
Hotel is quiet, but very close to city center.

Biggest recommendation! The people running this place is the best, helpful, kind and full of recommendations in the city. The room is nice and the inside area of the hotel is cozy and beautiful. Wifi is good enough for video calls, around 25 MBS in down- and upload. Sometimes more. (I was working online). There are two dogs and a cat, be aware, but they are a friendly and a nice addition.

There is no AC and the room was really hot if we closed the door and used only the fan so we (and most guests) kept our doors open. It’s a secure property so this was possible but also not great from a privacy perspective. Additionally, there were a lot of mosquitos so leaving the doors open wasn’t ideal. We (and other guests) got lots of mosquito bites.
If they can take care of the hot rooms and/or the mosquitos, it’ll be a nice place. It’s super cute, our room and bathroom were spacious and clean, staff are nice, breakfast was included and decent.

The owners are absolutly adorable, they welcome us in their home and the stay was really nice.
They gave us helpful advices and tips. I highly recommanded this place

Great service. Gaby and the dogs welcomed us at the door which was very pleasant. Gaby's son, the cat and dogs are around when you are having your breakfast which gives a certain cosy family vibe. The breakfast is delicious. The room is private, clean and with a garden view. Quit calm place to relax. Would definitely go back when in Granada. Thanks for everything Gaby. We had an amazing stay at your place!

Me encantó el hotel, es pequeño, cómodo, limpio y con habitaciones lindas. El desayuno es realmente bueno y la atención de todo el personal inmejorable. Gaby, una de las anfitrionas, es realmente amable y me hizo sentir como en casa. No tiene aire acondicionado sin embargo el ventilador de techo y el jardín frondoso me permitieron sentirme cómoda y fresca a pesar del calor. Está muy bien ubicado cerca del centro y con restaurantes muy cerca.
