Absolutely disgusting couch, we would not even sit on it without covering it with blankets. Showers and WiFi broken. Checked out early because we didn’t even want to stay one night, and still fighting for a refund a week later. Horrible customer service. They will IGNORE you.

They message me to ask my arrival time. I say 11:30-12 (which is 3hrs prior to check-in). They don’t tell me their office is a half mile from the apar**ent or that I could leave my bags with them. They don’t respond to my msgs or calls. 30 min later they tell me to drag all my luggage back to their office until the room is ready. They give me the room at 2:15pm. We quickly leave our bags as we have to make our appt at Alhambra (first mistake). We come back at 6pm. Half the lights are not working. There are stains on the walls. And the cleaning staff didn’t bother cleaning the dirty dishes left by previous dwellers. I wrote them a message. The next morning, discover the left shower door is broken, fell of the rail as I tried to open. Left another msg. They get mad at me that I didn’t tell them all this initially at 2:15 the day before. I said, I don’t need the lights til the dark, and I don’t need a shower til the next AM, and I told them I had a 3pm Alhambra appt. Anyway, they refused to compensate me, told me To leave without a refund if I didn’t like the place, and could care less. Complete lack of hospitality and customer service. Don’t stay here. They are scammers/thieves. Maybe it was only my apar**ent. Idk. This company is located throughout Granada with various apar**ents. But I would never book with them even if their other apts are wonderful, solely based on their indifferent, money grubbing methods.

We rented an apar**ent from Chezmoihomes in Granada in August of 2023. The home was advertised as "non-smoking", but when we entered the apar**ent we could immediately smell that someone had been smoking in the unit. After about an hour in the apar**ent, my wife started getting a migraine from the smell and we knew we could not stay. We contacted Chezmoi and told them we'd either need another apar**ent that was non-smoking or we'd need a refund so we could move to a hotel. Unfortunately Chezmoi was not willing to do either. We vacated the apar**ent immediately and checked in to a nearby hotel. I would be very careful renting from these people because something like "smoking" is a deal breaker for many people.

We stayed at a Chez Moi property in February of 2023. When we arrived, their credit card machine malfunctioned midway through the transaction so they ran my card again. They assured me that if the charge went through twice, they would refund me the second charge. Fine, no problem. Well, the charge DID go through twice and I have been trying for FIVE MONTHS to get them to refund the second charge. They have acknowledged that they double-charged me and that I'm due a refund. THEY JUST WON'T SEND THE MONEY. They keep telling me they're "working on it" and they'll "let me know when it goes through" and they've been saying this for FIVE MONTHS. DO NOT RENT FROM THESE THEIVES. They will take any opportunity to steal your money. Unethical. Criminal. Stay far, far away.

Al igual que le ha ocurrido a varios usuarios de esta cadena según he leído en varias reseñas, cuando intentas conseguir factura por la estancia en alguno de sus apartamentos, no recibes más que largas y excusas, pero la factura nunca llega.

Experiencia inmejorable, sin duda volvería a repetir. El apartamento estaba perfecto, limpieza impecable, y el equipo de atención al cliente fue muy amable, respondían rápido e incluso nos ayudaron en un problema que tuvimos con el coche.
