Feed Back Club Med la Pointe aux canonniers île Maurice Club exceptionnel !!! De retour à M****ille après 12 j au club la pointe où nous avons passé un séjour extraordinaire Nous étions une famille de 5 adultes et 2 enfants (13mois et 3ans) Nous avons tous été enchanté par ce club. Olivier chef de village, formidable, accessible et très présent ! Son équipe de GO au top entre autre Julien, Byron, Giovanni, Hadj,Luca, Juliette au mini club etc...et tous ceux dont je ne me rpl plus les prénoms mais tous formidables Un choix d activité innombrables que ce soit terrestre ou nautique, des spectacles de qualité. Une des meilleures table par la qualité et la diversité des buffets La soirée blanche Magique !!!! La gentillesse des mauriciens et tant d autres choses ... Tout était réuni pour que nous passions des vacances réussies et inoubliables Nous y retournerons avec un immense plaisir

The resort is spacious, clean and well laid out.....there is room for everyone. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Pools are excellent and well spaced out. The beach area is absolutely beautiful. The food is out of this world amazing! Good value for money. I will most certainly go back again.

Reception was lovely. Jennifer was very welcoming and efficient and tried to assist us in all our needs. Sharmila made sure our room was in pristene condition and very friendly and helpfull. Snorkelling with Andy was excellent. What I think you can improve is golf car type assistance for handicapped persons, at a nominal fee. Cocktail and drinks served on the beach will also be a great experience Waiters at lunch and dinner at buffet restaurant could be a bit friendlier and helpfull.

Arrive a guest, leave as family! 10 days here was an amazing experience that wont be forgotten. The staff here are guided by an amazing GM, Mr Olivier. You Sir, are a legend! Your attention to detail and the way you guide your staff to excellence is a tribute to you sir. Well done. Your involvement with all the extra amenities and entertainment was next level. Quite the singer as well!! Special thanks to Oli and Lorenzo for making us feel so welcome and giving us the amazing family experience. Great to have a chat and share some ideas while relaxing around the pool. Florence, your smile every morning while attending to my room was very welcoming and a joy to start the day. Your towel art was exceptional and a joy to see each day. Marvin wins the bar tender award, what a legend! Thank you to all the staff at Club Med, (too many to mention everyone) you all made the 10 days for us a trip to remember forever. Till next time.. Thank you!!

Worst Mauritius Hotel. Dirty. No basics on hand. Useless front desk. No alternative transport (golf carts) for families with small children who do not fit in prams. Inaccessible spa. Loud music till 12pm that keeps you awake. Rather spend a bit more and visit other Mauritian resorts.

A great experience overall! A very lively club med with great events put on by Luca and his team. The activities on offer were super fun, especially those related to the sea (sailing, snorkelling, water skiing). Not to mention the beaches are beautiful and we saw some of the loveliest sunsets. I would easily recommend the club for a holiday!

I went with the family and we spent an unforgettable week! The atmosphere, the cares of the places, beaches, food are really high. Many interesting and unique activities for audults and kids. I want to thank the manager Luca, the snorkeling, sailing and ski water team...amazing!

The resort is very beautiful, the stay was perfect. Special thanks to Waheeza, who took care of our room impeccably (3005), to Luca for his kindness, to Kevin and all the mini club staff, who made my daughter have fun, to the water skiing and snorkelling guys, to Kiki of the catamaran. This review is purely because of the great service we received from the GO - Natasha. Not only was she exceptionally well-informed, but she also displayed the qualities of being a great leader. While the service overall was good at La Pointe aux Canonniers, they should all take some pointers from Natasha on how to give great service. She turned our stay at the resort into a truly memorable experience!
