Hotel Indigo Grand Cayman

I just returned from an incredible trip to Grand Cayman, where I stayed at this beautiful property which is only eight months old and exceeded all of my expectations. Hotel Indigo was exceptional. Perfectly clean and new rooms, high quality food and drinks, and gorgeous grounds. The best part was the friendly staff and the quality of service. Renuka in particular went out of her way to make us feel at home and was consistently a friendly source of conversation at breakfast. We also loved seeing Mac in the hallways; he always had a smile on his face and made sure we had what we needed at any time. Ina was also a joy at the front desk, as well as Lwandi who helped us with taxis. Truly wonderful experience. 10/10 recommend.

We had a fabulous time at this new hotel. The hotel itself was pristine and had beautiful landscaping. The service was also outstanding. It seems this hotel is geared more toward a younger crowd with a younger vibe including a trendy open air bar on the top floor. The only draw back was it was quite loud on Friday and Saturday evening and we could near the music blasting in our room until late at night. I recommend families ask for rooms further away from the bar and reception hall.

We loved our stay here. The rooms are very nicely decorated and very comfortable. The location is great with the best beach on 7 Miles Beach. The restaurants, especially Pom Pom rooftop are must try. But the service is absolutely perfect! Thank you everyone making our stay memorable.

We loved this resort hotel and wanted to rate it at the highest but for a few missteps. The location is lovely, a tropical paradise with easy access to the beautiful beach and a relaxing ambiance both inside and out. Our room had a beautiful view of the property all the way out to the turquoise waters of the Carribean and was very comfortable. We loved the coffee setup and the cold still and sparkeling water provided. We ate breakfast each day, poolside, and enjoyed the options of healthy meals with wonderful juices and bakery options. We had dinners and favored Catalina and Milkberry for the meal presentation as well as how delicious the food was...we couldn't hold back from ordering the deserts though which were all outstanding. What truely made our visit memorable was the 5-star service! Everyone was very friendly and engaging, and went out of their way to be accomodating. Pedro, at reception, always greeted us as we left the hotel for excursions. The crew at the beach was quick to respond to more towels, water, or special requests. Special recognition, though, goes to Ishfaq our server and to Riccardo our bartender. After a week with them we felt like they were family! Likely due to the hotel being new, there were a few hiccups in communication. If we didn't show up to a restaurant at the beginning of the meal service we were often left waiting to be greeted and seated. After confirming a ride to our excursion, we waited but it didn't show up. We requested additional coffee for our room and didn't receive what we had asked for. All of these were little things and certainly didn't take away from our enjoyment!

My daughter and I ate at Milkberry and Catalina last night and tonight respectively. The food was amazing as was our experience! The credit for our experience lies totally with our most amazing server, Imperio!!! Her knowledge of both menus was unparalleled. She was friendly, personable and eager to make meal recommendations in order to make our dining experience one of complete perfection. She certainly accomplished that goal. We were so impressed with her in one restaurant that we requested her at the second. Being cared for by Imperio will add in a most wonderful way to your dining experience!
