We had a good night at the motel. Bed was big and comfortable and the room was clean. Carpet was a bit stained but overall it was great. I wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

Check in was a breeze, and after driving all day, that was very important. The lady at the front desk was super friendly and welcoming. The room was spotless and cozy and warm!

The check in was very efficient. The room was very clean and comfortable and had all the necessary items in the bathroom.
There were 3 in our party and we would all stay here again.

I stay at this hotel usually every year and each year I see more improvements. Never a bad stay there and would recommend.

It’s a basic two-level motel on the highway/Main Street through Grand Forks. Very reasonable rates, friendly man at check-in. Super clean room with fridge, microwave, separate sink area from the toilet/shower room which is nice.

Clean and well maintained. Room size decent. No breakfasts available is the only downfall.

Checked in after booking more than a week ago. Were told someone stayed longer and they didn't have our room. Asked if we would take another one. We agreed, as it was 7pm and we had just traveled for 12 hours. Went to the room, which was advertised as Smoke Free, and we could not breath. It was awful. Saturated with cigarette smell..
