Lacked common amenities commonly found in Fairfield Inn rooms, response for room refreshed and needed repair was inadequate.

Terrible, no microwave in room, refrigerator way to small, charger outlet no work took several requests to get items fixed or room refreshed, I would not stay there.

This hotel was in poor condition it lacked many features a Fairfield Inn should have no microwave no clock The refrigerator was so small you could hardly fit anything in it I would not recommend this hotel nor would I stay in this hotel it's just a glorified Super8 it's not a typical quality Fairfield Inn

The staff were kind and friendly.
Though the facility is pretty old but it is well maintained. The area is quiet and has los of places to visit for shopping books and clothes.

The front desk agent was friendly and knowledgeable. When getting to the room it was nice and comfortable… there were only 3 pillows per bed which is difficult when there are 4 people that sleep with 2 pillows each and there were only 3 towels and 3 washcloths when we had 4 people reserved to stay.
