Travelodge by Wyndham Grants Pass

The room had only one light, mounted on the wall opposite the bed. The towels were stained. There was no chair in which to sit. There was no service at all during the 4 days I stayed there, so the only time the trash was emptied was when I took it to a large trash can on the outside. Most of the “guests” were not travelers but instead appeared to be otherwise homeless people who were being housed at the hotel by the local government.

I will NEVER again use trip .com-- -- I prepaid for the room at the Travelodge in Grants Pass thru trip.com. When I arrived to check in, I was told there was NO room for me --They had overbooked. YET I was billed 78.oo for a room i did not stay in (6/28/22- booking #***********) and never received a refund for a stay I did not make because of their ovvrbooking. I will NEVER use Trip.com again-- david johnson.

My family and Instay here frequently, and this time was just a pleasant a weekend as it has always been, even with the EMTs showing up 3 times over the weekend

The hotel staff used regular foul language. The room was not ready as they said they had overbooked and were under remodel. The staff said they could put a room together for me as my reservation had been in place for a week. They were going to finish up one of the remodeled room by putting in the new bed and furniture while I went to dinner. When I returned, nothing had been started. The hotel was reluctant to refund my money. Eventually they did after using numerous swear words. This place is not welcoming, poorly represented online, and is in need of being removed as a Wyndham partner. I ended up going to the Red Lion next door and had a wonderful stay. I do not recommend this Travelodge at all!

The check in clerk was very friendly, joked withbus as we checked in and just went that extra mile to make us geel at home

This was an unexpected start for my mother and I. I was truly hesitant at first because I had heard some "things" about this motel and it's location. The first thing that caught me was not only was it under new management, but they were very respectful, helpful, and went; the extra mile to make this experience as comfortable as possible for mom and me. Thank you, Travelodge of Grants Pass for going above and beyond!

Beat up, beds cheap and uncomfortable, staff great, very clean, walls need repair , furniture looked ready for the dump, no desk or chair.....
