it was nice for the two nights we stayed there. we were in town for a family members wedding. we do wish the pool was able to be open!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Springhill Suites in Greensboro and I must say, it was a delightful experience. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality by the staff.
The room itself was nothing short of excellent. It was spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated. I particularly appreciated the comfortable bed and cozy a**osphere, which made me feel right at home. The amenities provided in the room were also top-notch, including a mini-fridge, microwave, and coffee maker, which added to the convenience of my stay.
Overall, I would highly recommend Springhill Suites in Greensboro to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The friendly staff, comfortable accommodations, and convenient location make it a wonderful choice for both business and leisure travelers alike.

We got there and there was no room for us. We had to go elsewhere so not a good experience

Check in and out service was excellent. Plenty of parking. Rooms were adequate for our needs; coffee pot, fridge, and micro were all set at a mini bar area which was very user friendly.
Bathroom / shower / tub area could use an upgrade/ facelift; breakfast was adequate and there were gluten free and dairy free options.

Old hotel. Not even any USB ports in room. Dirty stained sofa. Cramped shower/toilet. There are two SpringHill Suites in Greensboro. Stay at the other one. Much newer and much better.

The staff was friendly and helpful, breakfast in the morning was delicious. The area is quiet and there is plenty of shopping close by!
