The room was amazing it was so clean and well put together! I love everything! I would totally recommend staying here!

The check in was fine. The room looked clean and had two queen beds. However the beds were too hard and the pillows were too soft.y sister complained about the low water pressure. After 10pm there was a lot of noise and walking around above our room. This lasted over 15 minutes. I didn't call the front desk, but would have if it continued after the movie I was watching ended.

Hotel desk were friendly and knowledgeable. The breakfast was good. The only complaint I had was the towel’s weren’t clean enough. The towels had stains on them and were dingy. I had to go buy my own towels. Overall the best hotel in Greenville, MS.

Hotel stay overall was good, but they did not have a blind on the window and the parking lights lights shine in the room all night. Room 313

Good location , great check in and staff. Walls a thin(shouldn't hear others toilet or convo), room was little on small compared to others, and I had two medium size insects in bathroom. I recommend increase the door closing pressure to allow the room doors to close more silently and aggressive. Being it closes so aggressive It also was creating pressure/vacumm on other room doors

The property is updated, however, some of the doors are not working with the keycard. Staff was GREAT and very friendly! Would stay again and refer friends and family.

I like the desk clerk kindness. No light in the bathroom. Hallway floor are dirty.

Our room's floor had not been swept. Asked a housekeeper to sweep it but it never was. The floor was covered with grit and hair, discusting. Our room faced E., there was no blackout curtain. Sat. breakfast was cold, waited for 30 min. for coffee and was told the coffee machine was stuck on "heating". Never got coffee. Sun., breakfast was good with hot coffee. The front desk employes were pleasant and helpful. Considering what we paid for the room, I was not pleased with our stay.

We traveled 3 hours to this hotel for a tennis tournament, only to be told at check in that none of us had rooms to stay in (10:00 pm). We notified the desk attendant that we had proof of our reservations and confirmation numbers. The desk attendant told us there were NO rooms available and unless a room was already “assigned to us” that having a reservation & confirmation did not guarantee a room at their hotel. When we questioned her about this & reiterated that a reservation & confirmation DOES guarantee a room (that is why you make them), she proceeded to tell us that “our system doesn’t work like that”. She never apologized or appeared to be the least bit concerned that 4 women were 3 hours from home, in an unfamiliar & “not so safe” town without anywhere to stay. She later called to tell us that she could “waive the cancellation fee” for the rooms that they obviously gave to someone else. I have never in my life experienced such horrible customer service or such a poorly managed hotel.
