Although the outside had been damaged by a severe hail storm, there were no issues inside. Everyone was so friendly and helpful, the breakfast was fantastic, the room immaculate, and when I asked for a desk light, it was delivered to my room. I would definitely stay there again. Plus, they give away free cookies in the evening.

Was going to report broken glass in the window of my room but when I took my dogs out to go potty I noticed extensive hail damage to the front of the property. It looks crappy from the outside, but they've stepped up and the inside is quite nice - despite what the outside looks like. Staff are very friendly and professional.

It was right off the main highway, only minutes from the quaint town, and I was able to walk behind it among the corn fields.

The exterior suffered hail damage and I was worried pulling up and seeing so much damage to siding and window frames . Interior was perfect however and it was explained to us that they are waiting on repairs since they , as well as many others , were affected . Staff was amazing, very pleasant and accommodating . Room was clean, as well as the lobby and public rest room . We did not use the pool , so can’t comment on that area . Highly recommend .

Rooms were great, staff was good, however they double charged my card and refuse to take the charge off. Excuse after excuse. Very, very disappointed

They had a bad storm in May which ruined their facade and broke many of their windows. They have made no attempt at repair. I could open my window and reach up and touch jagged, shaft, broken glass. This is very dangerous. The hotel next door looked fine and had obviously repaired the storm damage. Staff was sullen and unhelpful. My traveling companion had curtains that were literally in rags. Although rooms are comfortable and clean, I think Radisson should really take a look at the property because children could easily injure themselves on the broken windows.

The place was trashed from a storm three months ago, and still have done little to fix it up. There is plastic over some of the windows still.
