I found the hotel in 2022 walking by and was interested in staying. I was happy to get a reservation the area is called Colonia Americana Guadalajara. I like the neighborhood.So the hotel is very interesting looking. The staff is very friendly and helpful .The restaurant I think serves very good food . It also has a mini gym and a sun area with pool .I was happy to stay there . I hope to be back there this December 2024

be VERY careful!! the prices on the page are in different currency than when you get to paid on the hotel, on the page appears on pesos MXN and in the hotel in USD, but isnt visible on the page, they scam you!

Beautiful and unique boutique style. Very contemporary, quite at night and fantastic staff. A coffee maker in room would have been nice and I'm not crazy about the lack of privacy in the bathroom but it was a very nice place and I would stay again ! Great staff!

It’s a very chic, artsy hotel but dated. My room was awkwardly designed having to step and down to get out of bed or use the bathroom. Lighting was very low in crucial places like the vanity and mirror. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. They were the best part of the trip. Also this was a VIP hotel and got nothing for ******* gold.

Beautiful hotel, clean and excellent service. Walking distance to bars and restaurants on Chapultepec Ave. will definitely be back.

Great Rooms, but they need to work on the pool area, looks not taken care of and abandoned. Other areas were good.

This is one of my favorite hotels in GDL, maybe the world. I love this spot. Felt there was a disconnect between the hotel and *******, as the "VIP" Amenities were not included. When I asked for an late check out time, I was also not granted that. Clearly there needs to be better communication between the hotel and *******. Otherwise, it was a great stay.

I didn’t like I reserved a room for 3 people and 2 beds they charge me more when checking in they only allow 2 person in the room
