I thoroughly enjoyed my time at the Villa del Ensueno. The property is incredibly pretty, and the staff are amazing. Big shoutouts to Nicolas (front desk), Luis (onsite restaurant), and the cleaning crew. They were so helpful and thoughtful throughout my stay.

This is by far the best hotel, maybe in the entire Guadalajara area. We always try and stay here because of how ridiculously beautiful the property is. Year after year same staff will be there at your service and the hotel is super safe. I promise it will be worth it to stay here as no other properties come even close. Service is amazing, breakfast is huge and complimentary, drinks at private bar tastes so good and again it is such a beautiful hotel with the atmosphere just what you want to really get the feel of how beautiful Mexico really is. Disappointed to stay on other side across the street but it is just as beautiful as the main side with also being safe and beautiful. The other side is more private and maintained just the same. You will have zero regrets staying at this hotel. My advice is to book and take the stress away from the unknown. You will be amazed and I promise very happy you booked. Thanks to all who works there. You do an amazing job and we are very sad that we are now back in Chicago with freezing temperatures. See you again when we come back… Promise we will 😊

Everyone was so friendly and accommodating! The free breakfast was off a menu and not a buffet. It was absolutely delicious and served by such friendly staff. They even remembered the type of coffee and juice I like!
Everyone I encountered on the property was so friendly! And my room was gorgeous!!

This is my very favourite hotel ever!
The beauty of the buildings, rooms and grounds is matched by the amazing service and friendliness of the staff.
The breakfast is good, the pool is inviting and clean and the property is a short walk to Independence St where there is ample dining options and shopping.
The manager cabinet do enough for you and everyone there is hard working and helpful.
Our rooms were gorgeous, clean and comfortable.
You will love this hotel! Give it a try!

We LOVED this property and will return to it again and again.
It is absolutely beautiful and the staff is truly helpful, friendly and genuine.
All the amenities, the food is delicious (breakfast) and it is close to excellent dining and entertainment areas.
