We stay for 7 nights and in the 5th day upon returning late at night to our room we discover some personal items were missing. I went to the front desk and complain about our items being missing, the person at the front desk said that he could help us at that time but he would talk to the person in charge of cleaning, and that i should hear from them in the morning, Morning came I had to go to the front desk and ask for someone incharge, a person came out and I explain to him about our missing items, and he was clueless about the complain that I had made the night before. After waiting for a while the person I talked to was going to different rooms talking to different employees, he came out and returned some of my missing items, and the excuse he give me make no sense, he said that the cleaning person thought that the room was vacated. my urgement with him was how they thought it was vacated when we had 3 more night reserved in that same room. His only response was we don't know, and that the manager was going to resolve the issue Monday morning before our departure.
Monday came and I checked out at 11 am and no one came up to me to even try to talk to me or apologize about the issue and still my missing items.
