I was very disappointed for everything, the room wasn't very clean 😕and they didn't even clean the restroom i left some trash in purpose and it was there the whole weekend we were there, the towels are so old they don't even look like there were clean,so grey 😢😕😔 everything is so outdated it wasn't worth it!!definitely i won't recommend this place to anyone !! And we won't be back,the breakfast was ok.and the service was good but besides that everything was so terrible, the room has this bad odor even thought it was a nonsmoker but the whole time was this really bad smell i guess is because is so old ,the beds are really BAD,with the springs almos coming out it hurts we didn't have a good rest this hotel used to be one of the best but not anymore and why they don't let people know that there's two hotels with the same name??? To trick people into going !!! Thats really bad bad bad!!!definitely not a good 😕😒 experience! Even the hallways were not very clean, yikes!!

La comida no me gusto el buffet tiene los mismos alimentos a diario. Tortilla y más tortilla a diario 😂

A great place to stay. Close to the city centre and transport. Very friendly and helpful staff. Daily buffet breakfast was a great inclusion. We loved the rooms decor. A very clean safe and convenient place to stay. Not a 5 star hotel but a very comfortable place to stay.

PODRIAN MEJORAR Y VARIAR EL MENU DEL BUFETTE ME QUEDE 4 DIAS Y NO SALIERON DE HUEVO Y CHILAQUILES, EL PERSONAL DE RECEPCIÓN POCO PROFESIONAL ATIENDE CON JETA. POR LO DEMAS BUEN HOTEL CAMAS MUY COMODAS , BUENA PROGRAMACION, EXCELENTE VISTA PRECIOS ACCESIBLES.

Not good customer service he will charge for parking, for breakfast and is only 7am to 10 am breakfast.
No safe elevator and very disappointed for customers service 😔

Hotel needs a little face lift but over all it was good. Front desk was very friendly and helpful.

I like that the hotel is close to the cathedral, but is complicated to arrive, the bed was not clean at all, the room was with no towels and there were people playing with the elevator all the time, we reported it but I don't know what the hotel can do with those costumers.
