Four Points By Sheraton Langfang Gu'an

We visit the Four Points by Sheraton, in Gu'an Langfang often. This was a particularly special visit, as there were numerous events to celebrate. Namely "Mid Autumn Festival", "National Day" and my Birthday coincided during this period. This Hotel is without a doubt the best Hotel, not only in Gu'an, but in Langfang as well. The "Eatery Restaurant", plays a vital role in the success of this Hotel. I often say this when visiting a great Hotel or Restaurant, it's the "Team", whom makes the establishment a success. The "New" pastry cheff, is truly a great asset to the Restaurant and Hotel. His pastries are of exceptional standard, and the variety is huge "unlike the sister Hotel's Restaurant, The Sheraton", whom barely have any pastries or desert on offer. Without the right team in place, the business can and will, never be truly successful. Especially, in the current highly competitive market. As a former "Regional Retail Manager", with over 15 years of Management experience, I can't help but observe and analyze certain businesses. Being University Qualified in "Customer Relationship Management" and "Retail Management", I appreciate High levels of Customer service. The success of this Hotel and Restaurant, lies in it's team, and their hard work and dedication. True "Managers", lead from the front, and set an example to their staff. As the case with "Samuel" the General Manager, whom always assists his team on the floor. The same can be said for "Marcus" the Restaurant Manager, whom is always "hands on" and working hard on the floor. Such "leadership" sets the tone, for a great team as it will filter down to staff on all levels. Special thanks to "Lydia" the Office Manager, for always being willing to assist in ensuring that guests receive the absolute best, during their stay. Lydia is always courteous and professional. As always, "Marcus" the Restaurant Manager, treated us with extreme courtesy and hospitality. We appreciate your hospitality Marcus, thank you. Thank you to "Molly" from the Restaurant, whom assisted us with with room service, as well as in the Restaurant. It's also note worthy to mention, that it's not only the "Management Team", whom deserve praise. As all team members provided excellent service, during our stay. Thank you to "Housekeeping", for friendly and prompt service. The team at the "Swimming Pool", also provided friendly and prompt service, during our stay, thank you for that. We also appreciated the friendly and professional service, received from the following Restaurant staff: Sam, Peter and Joe. Perhaps, "Marriott" should consider, having this Hotel's "sister" Hotel, "The Sheraton, Chaobai River Hotel's Management and Team, learn about "Hospitality and Service", from this Hotel "Four Points by Sheraton, Gu'an Langfang". As in my opinion, the "The Sheraton, Chaobai River Hotel's Management" is not on standard. The facilities at the Four Points by Sheraton, Gu'an, Lanfang, are on International standard. We always enjoy the Swimming Pool, Lobby Lounge and Outdoor Deck, during our stay. The "Alpacas" are truly amazing creatures and are well taken care of. They truly make guests' stay, more enjoyable. We can highly recommend the Four Points by Sheraton, Gu'an Langfang, to all visitors, "Foreign, and Domestic". This is still our favorite destination, in Gu'an / Langfang and surrounding areas. 房間比較空曠 床很硬 空調不好使 房間超熱 早餐食物 衹能説比較複合500多的房費 有點影響喜來登的名聲 户外設施挺好的 但是年久失修 警戒線圍了一半 也不知道讓不讓玩兒 地上都是泥土 比較臟 也沒有打掃衞生清潔等 重點是 設施維護差沒關係 早餐食物節儉節約沒關係 餐具也不乾淨 下次不會再來

酒店位置不錯，下了大廣高速就到，離北京野生動物園也很近。雖有點年頭，但各項設施都還不錯，住着還是比較舒服的。酒店裡有個小小童樂園，院內養了一些小動物（白色羊駝快成精了），挺適合溜娃。

感謝前台Lisa給免費做了升級，房間乾淨整潔，佈局合理，房間裏有很大的寫字桌子方便辦公，落地窗可以看夜景很漂亮，還能看到對面小區放的煙花，很完美，對Lisa小姐姐安排的房間太滿意了👍🏻很好的一次入住體驗

住了2晚，分別訂了一晚含晚餐的套餐，一晚含北京野生動物園門票的套餐，聖誕的時候來住過一晚覺得這個酒店非常的不錯，沒想到春節的入住率這麼高，泳池裡也跟下餃子一樣都是孩子，這兩天的泳池水都比較渾濁了，潛下去的能見度太低了，不如上一次入住遊着通透。

房間很大很寬敞，床品也舒服，配置的無邊際游泳館以及一個適合小朋友泡的小泳池很贊。酒店養的小動物也適合和小朋友互動。對面的中央公園也適合遛娃，總之這裏很適合帶娃出門，再安排一天去野生動物園。 表揚曹師傅，人很和善熱情，每次去了都能遇到他，有什麼困難總能很快給你解決。加了他的微信，酒店有優惠也能第一時間知道

帶娃去北京野生動物園，雖説酒店比較老但五星設施的底子還在，服務不錯，指引停車，前台不錯，知道帶娃給升級了房型，幾個小問題是一個房間最多衹給兩瓶水，五星酒店第一摳，有人睡覺的情況下，房間的座椅衹要坐的人動了就會發出很大聲音，早餐真的是太一般了，服務員一多半是兼職大媽，要不是有種類和一些麪包撐着就是個比較大的鄉村民宿級別，總體來説還算滿意，畢竟底子在這呢，還給升級了

前台服務員一副愛住不住的樣子，加床也沒有告知和大床拼不上，沒有圍欄，小童室內遊樂場特別小，臟亂差，晚上和早餐種類特別少，888一晚一點都不值，和300一晚的普通酒店差不多，服務和硬件都太差
