Fantastic location, lots of shopping and restaurants all around. The staff at the front desk are extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast spread is very good, especially the uncle who cooked the yummiest noodles every morning and made fried eggs for us. We stayed for 7 nights, the room is not properly clean, sometimes our beds are not made and rubbish is not thrown away. There is once they did not give enough towels. Overall, it is a happy stay!

Location is good . Is located at 6th,7th & 8th floor. There is a pub on the 9th floor. So when taking lifts , will be a bit inconvenient.

I will definitely stay here again. The staff are very friendly and very accommodating. Asked for late check out and was granted immediately. Thanks. Excellent location for food, shopping and entertainment. It made my stay in Guangzhou meaningful and enjoyable. If you are waiting to chose which hotel to stay in Guangzhou- this is it. Great Hotel. Very good location right at Beijing Walking Street and near to metro station. Quite happeningplace to stay in.

excellent location. staff is friendly. room is well maintained. breakfast provided is quite a good spread, free use of washing machine and dryer is really convenient. I must say the price we paid for the hotel is value for money. However, I am willing to pay a bit more for bigger room and window. also I entered the wrong lift and get very confused how to go to the hotel lobby. quite frustrated at first.

Hotel location is the best, right on the busy walking street As well as cleanliness. Got free breakfast, tea break. Front desk Ms. Zhao is so helpful thumbs up . Of really needs to complaint is I requested for extra pillow. Hotel said do not have and need to charge 😇

Clean and nice hotel. Staff are very helpful and friendly too. Only downside is the hotel is right below a bar which can get a bit noisy at night.

CityNote hotel has an excellent location. It is situated in the Sing Dah Sing Department Store building, which is right on the corner of Beijing Pedestrian Street. Therefore, it is close to all the city attractions, and there are plenty of choices for food around. The hotel is a smart hotel, with an AI assistant in every room. Although breakfast is medium quality, but the staff are very helpful. We had a little problem with the toilet, and it was fixed immediately. There is also free access to washing machines and washing liquid, which we highly appreciated. All in all, we had a very nice stay in Guangzhou.

Hotel has 2 floors: 6/F and 7/F. The 7/F is just below a disco with loud music and heavy bass till 3am. Totally inconsistent setup. Hotel is said to gage windows but actually they are fake / decorative windows only. Location is great and rooms are well organized and clean
