Το δωμάτιο ήταν πολύ καθαρό, πλήρως εξοπλισμένο, και τα αναλώσιμα ανανεώνονταν άμεσα. Η εξυπηρέτηση ήταν πολύ θερμή και τα αιτήματα αντιμετωπίζονταν άμεσα, προσφέροντας μια εξαιρετική εμπειρία. Τα ρομποτάκια που φέρνουν τις παραγγελίες φαγητού στην πόρτα είναι πολύ βολικά. Συνεχής διαμονή & Πρωινό: Η ποικιλία δεν είναι μεγάλη, αλλά μπορείτε να επιλέξετε φρεσκομαγειρεμένα noodles ή βερμιτσέλι. Συνεχής διαμονή & Φρέσκια μπύρα & Καφές: Το καφέ βρίσκεται πίσω από το λόμπι στον 30ο όροφο και ο καφές είναι υπέροχος.

Αρχικά, σχεδίαζα να κλείσω ένα ξενοδοχείο σε μια ενδιάμεση τοποθεσία μεταξύ του αεροδρομίου και του Πύργου της Καντόνας για μια ενδιάμεση διανυκτέρευση, γι' αυτό διάλεξα αυτό (30+ λεπτά από το αεροδρόμιο, 10+ λεπτά από τον Πύργο της Καντόνας). Αυτό που δεν περίμενα ήταν η τόσο καλή τοποθεσία του ξενοδοχείου. Πριν έρθω, είχα κάνει την έρευνά μου και όλα τα εστιατόρια που ήθελα να δοκιμάσω ήταν κοντά, ενώ ήταν και πολύ κοντά στα εμπορικά κέντρα Zhengjia και Guangzhou Mall, κάνοντάς το ιδανικό για βόλτες με το παιδί. Επειδή ταξιδεύω με μικρό παιδί, είμαι λίγο πιο απαιτητική με την καθαριότητα. Ήταν τόσο καθαρό που αποφασίσαμε αμέσως να μείνουμε μια επιπλέον νύχτα. Η ρεσεψιόν ήταν επίσης εξαιρετική. Κατά το check-in, που έγινε βράδυ, υπήρχε διαθέσιμο δωμάτιο και μας έκαναν αναβάθμιση (είχαμε θέα στον Πύργο της Καντόνας!). Ευχαριστούμε πολύ την κοπέλα της ρεσεψιόν!

We had a wonderful stay here, especially as a family with young children. The front desk team was incredibly helpful. We arrived early and, thankfully, a room was available, so they kindly allowed us to check in immediately instead of waiting until 3pm. This was a huge help after travelling with young kids! Our 2-bedroom suite was spacious, clean and comfortable, with prompt housekeeping service. We also appreciated the thoughtful touch of receiving cartons of water without even having to request them. The location is excellent, just steps away from various shopping malls, making it extremely convenient. We also loved the delivery robots, our orders arrived quickly without having to wait for staff to bring them up. There’s even a small children’s play area at the reception. It may not be big, but for families with young children, it’s a real lifesaver while waiting or checking in. Overall, the hotel was very family-friendly and thoughtful in the little details. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider coming back again! Big shout out to 麦子 who helped us with the check in and making our stay enjoyable!

Location: great! Within walking distance to 正佳， 天河城。 Many eateries nearby hotel. But drop off or pick up is by the side of the road as hotel does not have a proper pick up or drop off point. Hotel room: spacious and clean. Complimentary soft drinks and mineral water in the room. However, the view of the room is bad. We close the curtain all day. Their bed is very comfortable, we had a good rest! Services: excellent. Especially thanks to Connic, 周周 and 小青 for their service. - lift: I have seen comments about the waiting time and was worried about it when I do the booking. During my stay, the waiting time is okay. There are 3 lifts (1 to all levels, 1 each to 双 and 单 层）。 - breakfast: I paid for 1 day, also received 1 day complimentary bf. The bf is average. Have noodles stall which taste good. - parcel collection: convenient and fast. You just need to add their we chat and send them the courier number. Once they found your parcel, they will update you via we chat for collection. Overall, we are happy with our stay here. We will definitely come back next time.

Hotel’s location is superb- located right along the street with many mallsand a stone’s throw from Grand View Mall. Hotel’s service was also superb- staff served warmly and allowed us to check in earlier when there was a room available. Room was comfortable and breakfast had good spread as well. o

This is my second time staying at Grand Rezen, and I’m happy to come back again. The hotel is in a very convenient location, and the staff are friendly, helpful and welcoming. The room is spacious and comfortable. I also appreciate that there is a microwave available for guests to use, which is very convenient. Overall, a pleasant stay and good value for money. I would definitely consider staying here again.

Good customer service and facilities. Hotel is very near to shopping district (E.g. Grandview Mall, Tianhe City shopping centre), just a walking distance away.

Check-in & Service: The staff was extremely warm, polite, and professional. Check-in and check-out were fast and seamless, and everyone was genuinely eager to help with a smile. The Room: Spacious, spotlessly clean, and equipped with all modern amenities. The view was breathtaking, and the bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a quiet and restful sleep. Facilities: The hotel offers top-notch, well-maintained facilities. Both the pool and the gym were clean, organized, and fully equipped. Dining & Breakfast: The breakfast buffet offered a fantastic variety of delicious options to suit every taste, with high-quality presentation. Location: Prime location, conveniently close to major attractions and essential services, making getting around effortless. A big thank you to the management and staff for such a wonderful stay—this will definitely be my first choice for future visits!
