Wenxing Hotel (Guangzhou Beijing Road Pedestrian Street Haizhu Square Subway Station)

This hotel had a very bad conditions. Please avoid. Honest review here. Their bed nvr clean and have dustmites and some insects. The whole rooms felt dusty. Once you entered the room you will felt it. Wokeup the next day, 1 side eye was swollen caused by insect bite. Neck and arm also have some bites. Really the worst hotel i ever stayed in my life. Had booked 3 nights previously. I cancel 2 nights in the end and change to other Hotel. Really teribble.

The hotel is well-located, just 3 minutes from Beijing Road, the reception staffs were helpful and friendly but it’s otherwise extremely basic. it does not provide an iron, and there are a few inconveniences. For example, only one room key is given for two guests. If you leave the room without it, you’ll need to go to the reception on the second floor to have them activate the lift for you to return to your floor. The pillows are too soft, offering little support, and if you request an extra pillow, it will only be delivered the next day. Although the room is supposed to be non-smoking, there was a noticeable smell of smoke from the neighboring room. The bathroom is also problematic: there’s no shower door, which causes the floor to become completely wet after a shower. Additionally, there is only one clothes-hanging space above the dressing mirror, which blocks the mirror and makes it difficult to use. Overall, while the location is convenient, the hotel could benefit from significant improvements in comfort and functionality. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel unless location is your top priority. There are other hotels at a similar price point that offer better amenities.

It's my 3rd stay there. The location is great. My room this time was smelly from the bathroom. Room cleaning needs to be improved, especially in the bathroom. Room number 410
