Nice, huge and a very clean hotel. Free parking straight to guests' rooms are very convenient especially on rainy days. A bit far from the CBD and didn't connect to the Metro system yet, but got a huge sports theme mall nearby. Very helpful staff, especially 小梁 at the front desk, she helped me all the way out from checking in, telling me where to park till I need the get my supper delivery order to my room, a huge huge thanks to her.

This is the second time I stayed here. We stayed here because going ski. The staffs here are all fantastically great. Super helpful. They even upgrade us to the lake side room.
Everything u need included in the room. The fridge not cold enough. But the staff so nice will bring me bucket of ice every night. We stayed here for 4 nights.
Highly recommended.
Next time I might try their other two hotels.
One small issue is they have a construction site outside It was here last Dec I came and it’s still here. It might have some noise at night and morning. Not non stop noise. But might have few big pound.

Came here for the second biggest indoor snowboarding park, walking distance from hotel.
Hotel is pretty neat and food was great too, big soft bed with pillows that I can sleep well on

My stay at the Steigenberger Hotel in Guangzhou was outstanding. The room was large, modern, and impeccably clean. The check-in process was remarkably efficient, thanks to the polite and capable front desk staff, 小梁. This hotel is a top choice for anyone visiting the city, offering comfort and excellent service. Highly recommended!

It is very convenient and we just need arrive the shopping mall by about 5 minutes walk . The view is good.

Fantastic hotel and services. We had a room with a Great lake view. Walkable distance to the Sunac Snow Park. 小梁 was helpful and responsive to questions and issues we had. Will definitely come back again.

Very convenient location for accessing the indoor skiing facility at the mall across the street. Hotel is clean and modern. Only drawback is that they charge kids for buffet (both breakfast and dinner) even though most hotels in China do not charge kids under 1.2 meters because little kids don’t eat much and attracting families is good business.. so it is strange that they would charge little kids under 1.2 meters. Perhaps they need more hotel competition in the area.
