Customer service was extremely nice to give us an upgrade for room. I enjoyed my team tremendously and highly recommend it to all. Plenty of food and shopping just downstairs. Room was very big as well

Very pleased with my pleasant stay during my last week visit in GZ. Staffs and front office are very approachable, friendly, helpful and good service.
Brand new renovated level room with clean and comfortable room amenities.
Highly recommended.

Excellent location - right in the midst of Shangxiaqiu Pedestrian Street.
Got a free upgrade to Xiguan room which was spacious and had two queen-size beds. Complimentary first round of soft drinks from the mini fridge and staff served us free soup after dinner in the evening. This is a first. Small gesture but I’m deeply impressed. Will book again when I next visit GZ.

We were attended by Receptionists Yannis, Wendy and Jensen.
Both Porter and security whom help to press the lift when ever we arrived at level 1. Every staff put in their very best smile and greet us when even they passed-by us. Was impressive!
Will definitely come back again 👍🏻🥰

The hotel is located in a great, convenient location near many famous food spots.
We booked 3 rooms and 2 of our rooms were upgraded to larger rooms.
The front desk manager, Mr. Wyman Lee, is indeed a star employee of the hotel. I got scammed by the taxi driver who sent me to the hotel. After hearing my complaints about the situation, he immediately stepped up and assisted me with the process of complaining to the taxi company and helped connect with the driver to get a refund for the money I was scammed out of.
Other staff at the hotel were also friendly, and helpful, especially the house cleaning. They are warm and accommodating with guest requests.

Good locality, clean and spacious room. Come down you can find food and shops around at the heart of Shangxiajiu Pedestrian Street. Each room they provide 4 can drinks for free: coke, sprite, beer and herbal tea and bottled waters refilled everyday. The reception staffs are friendly, informative and helpful. Definately recommend to stay at Voco and will return to stay.
