This is the second time visiting this hotel and every time we have enjoyed our experience. The service is great and there are a few staff who speak English. If you need help they will be called. Easy fast check in, and we were shown to our room. There are a great variety of pools which are suitable for both adults and children. Its a very relaxing environment. There is a great variety of food in the restaurant, with efficient service. On our last day we were able to check out and still use the hotsprings for a few more hours. It would be good if there was more healthy selection of breakfast cereals, as well as the treats but really everything was fantastic. We will come again!

Good location. We reserved rive view room due to bathtub.
Other side can see bathtub opposite building. In the night, we use bathtub , drone came our balcony. Drone fly beside hotel and our hotel. It is impossible. Drone fly about 10 min and disappear.
Drone also fly on the pool. Staff should be know.
Require careful management

The hot springs are perfect, the rooms are huge, and excellent value for money! Perfect for a weekend break with friends or alone. Spent the whole time moving between the pool, the springs, and the room to relax. Everything you need in one place. Unfortunately the food is awful... and the drinks are basic... but the rooms have big fridges, so take your own supplies!

The hotel and the hot springs were nice, however, some of the facilities were a little old, closed or not working. The spa on our balcony was a bit moldy, could be cleaned better. Breakfast and dinner were very average.
