The location is not that good if you want to travel between places, its always bussy with traffic and takes alot of time. The room was quite clean but first night i was scratching during the whole night , I suppose the sheets weren’t that clean. The staff was nice but didnt speak english. Breakfast is not in the hotel, is in the restaurant near by. The kitchen in the room is not equipped at all- literally has nothing in it.
Buttom line - I will not book this hotel again.

Amazing stay in the hotel, had a really nice room and the cleanliness was top tier as well. The Ayi who cleaned was super nice and the amenities she provided were very helpful. The service was quite responsive to any request we had, but overall it was a very good stay.
Location was great, 15 minute walk from a huge food market, restaurant, 4-8 min walk from metro, and very close to central Guangzhou. The place building the hotel was located is very new, with more modern buildings being worked on everyday.
Hotel itself was very nice, and looked very fancy. I found the Litu hotel to be easily the best I’ve found for its price so far, especially for how much you get. Definitely would stay again if I’m in Guangzhou.

The room was clean, but the location is in an active construction site. As new buildings are done and filled, it would be a good shopping destination. But the current construction is a mess. The location is far from tourist attractions. The breakfast is the restaurant directly across from check in. You can pay for the same breakfast for less so it’s not a good value to add it. When we arrived, soap was mostly used and bars of soap was provided as replacement.

Great location near to Keyun Lu subway metro, big room, cozy, comfy and helpful staff. Highly recommend for the great value.

Nice and clean apartment
Crazy noise from nearby construction
Furniture moving harsh sound from Top floor
You can't sit and sleep in room properly 23:30 also furniture moving sound.
Lift also very slow have to wait long 😲
Staff don't know English and have very different Attitude 😔.

I had a great experience in this hotel the rooms are very big and clean with a nice view no bad smell at all easy to check in the workers are also really nice and friendly to foreigners the subway is also not too far i highly recommend it

Super clean, great location, the washing machine is a big plus! Bed linens smell good and are of good quality. Cafe, restaurants, and convenient stores downstairs. Few minutes walk to bus and metro stations.
Service communication all done via WeChat. But cleaner ladies are very sweet.
Highly recommended.

Good location, near subway station. Apartment is spacious and well-equipped, but bathroom is very dated and dirty looking, with black mold stains all over the shower area (#901). If the bathroom can be upgraded, it would be better for guests. We also came back one day to find our front door was unlocked. Fortunately nothing was missing.
We used hotel’s number for food delivery app so that was much appreciated. Nice beef noodle shop on ground floor too.
